I had a battery issue while at a BK parking lot. My car latch would not open. My lady walked to a nearby O'Reilly parts store. While there..an employee named PEDRO was on his lunch break, but kind enough to come to the rescue. He was able to resolve both the latch, and battery issue. Definitely went above and beyond!!!

Went to O’reilly for the first time. Met Pedro and he helped me quickly with the right antifreeze. I asked him a question about my passenger rear view mirror, that was recently torn of by another vehicle, and he came out looked at it and gave the greatest advice on what to do next. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s. I’ll definitely be back with service like that.

O'Reilly 's Stratford, I wanna mention Junior & Pedro..for all the right reasons. It's a Fri. Night, I needed a lawnmower part believe it or not. After checking the obvious stores H.D., I googled who near me has in stocks. Guess who had it...yep O'Reilly 's..3 blocks from my house. There was a little issue locating my part but this dynamic duet didn't give up. The computer says 1 in stock, well find it... after doing an inventory on the computer they found a secret code that was like a GPS for parts. The duet disappeared thru a tunnel to a secret place, 30 seconds later they emerged from this secret parts cave.
chests pumped out. Heads held high, holding a box.. not a random box, it was my part. I still don't know how they did it (like I don't know where Gotham is actually located.but as far as I'm concerned I found the real Batman & Robin. Yeah they used their fake names Junior & Pedro
Bottom line any parts I need for my truck. My car my lawnmower I'm going to see the dynamic duet, @,O'Reilly 's

There is a staff member there named Rhandy he is extremely rude he got nasty with me twice and the second time I brought it to his attention that he was unkind and he decided that he wanted to get into a verbally altercation with me even after I ended the conversation he continued to talk. When IAsked to see a manager he smiled and said I am the manager. Very unprofessional!!!! I willNEVER go back to this particular location on the strength of him and his nasty attitude.
