Want to commend Mr Shower Door for an excellent job repairing the door, glass and surrounding areas after I had new tiles installed in my shower. Another vendor removed the glass doors etc and did a horrendous job putting them back on. The shower leaked thru the bottom, the hinge etc.
a real mess. I called Mr Shower Door and Sean came and took a look, remembered putting it in about 15 years ago. He knew exactly what needed to be done and spoke with his repair people who showed up on time and did a fantastic job, they came and fixed everything in hour or so. It actually looks brand new. It’s nice to know that a repair job can still be performed well.

I received excellent service in regards to the installation team with Michael DelCampo leading the charge. He did everything possible to make my experience with Mr. Shower Door seamless, efficient, and exceptional. Their willingness to come back and make sure everything was right with the installation was complimentary. It is because of this service experience that I would undoubtedly trust Mr. Shower Door and Michael in any future home projects.

Additional information: I submitted a complaint to the BBB and Mr. Shower Door was sent two letters from them. I simply asked for a replacement door that wasn't cut too short. They never responded. This will tell you their desire to make things right. I'm told the complaint will remain on their files as not completed or responded to for three years. These are people who were very nice and seemed willing to help. I had a shower door put in that continues to splash water out from the bottom because the doors were cut too short. They know this and have been out twice to try and fix it so in that respect they are willing to try. Apparently, as we've been told, these doors can't be adjusted because they're standard made. If we had paid more money, for thicker doors, they would have been able to be adjusted (?). I've used "the other company" in Stratford for shower doors at another place, same thickness but they were able to be adjusted. I thought since Mr. Shower Door had a manufacturing facility right in Stratford, it would be better. Not for me. You can tell they are too short but...I still have to put a towel outside my shower door. I do wish I went with the other place only because I know they adjust their standard made doors. Depending on what you're getting, be careful.

I have used Mr. Shower Door several times over the past few years in several different Manhattan residences. They are extraordinarily professional: quick to respond, estimates are firm and pricing more than fair, and their work has been consistently great; absolute first quality. I would call them again in a heartbeat!

Very professional and absolutely BEAUTIFUL work!This is my SECOND shower door from Mr. Shower Door Company (installed completed on 3/11/22), and I just scheduled my THIRD shower door (for measurement and quote) next week. John is so nice, he is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pricing is reasonable.The installation guys are also awesome (quick, experience, clean and wonderful). Yes, very satisfied...5 stars from me! Thank you to John and your installation team.

We had a pleasure of contracting Mr. Shower Door in Stratford, CT for our bathroom project. We were blow away by efficiency and customer service we received. Every person we interacted with was polite, professional and customer centric. We understand challenges that these days bring, whether it is supply chain or staffing issue. However, the entire process was flawless and the project was completed as promised. We highly recommend this business.

BEWARE!! I purchased two shower doors. The first door took three visits and almost a month past measuring. The second was a steam shower glass door. Had to come back once bc the hinge they brought was the wrong hinge for the transform. When measuring, I told them the door to only swing out for child safety. It came swinging both ways. The door was also not mitered and was a large gap not keeping steam in shower. Solution was a a $5 rubber seal that was in the truck. Door still doesn't close right and have to hold the door closed to keep steam in. Left three messages. No solution , no technician sent to inspect. Very disappointed. We went to a company that only specializes in shower doors. I could have saved half my money and bought stock doors to achieve the same seal. Please be aware, you are not getting what you it for.

Love, love, love my Mr. Shower Door...shower door. The showroom in Stratford has so much to choose from and when I had a lot of questions they brought someone from manufacturing out to answer them. They make excellent recommendations and don't try to over sell you. I highly recommend.

I ordered one shower door ,the person come an did the measurement after that i took like 6 weeks to get it instaled everything whent smooth the istalation was very professional the instalation crew were very crean this company is a pro 100% recomended .

This is the third shower door we've had Mr. Shower Door make for us. We've found them easy to deal with, knowledgeable, they provide good advice on what to consider....they don't "oversell you" ....and the installers are wonderful....on time, neat and precise....and they left our bathroom immaculately clean.
