Beware of this place. They threaten to take my sister's car away even though she was making weekly on time payments on her car. If you are looking to buy a car go anywhere else but here.

Just bought a truck for my son from here. From start to finish Jason and Jose made sure we were completely comfortable and all of our questions were thoroughly answered. After we did everything we needed to do on our end, Mike's Motors did their thing. Had a great experience!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE. JASON is a TERRIBLE salesperson. I strongly believe he had plans with the SHADY bank he approved me with, to steal the car that I was making WEEKLY payments on. He told me after a couple months of paying the car, that they need to re possess my car. Too much “he said, she said” between him and the bank. Super shady. Absolute WASTE of my time, money and my credit. Save your time from coming here. The most shady business I’ve ever experienced. He absolutely took advantage of the fact that I was a woman and gave me the worst business.

This place is a scam!!! Do not come here!!! They will take your money, “claim” you’re not making payments, then try to repo your car!!! THEN say they will refund a portion of what they took!! WHAT?!?!? DO NOT COME HERE! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Think before putting a deposit.I went there and test-drove a 2008 Honda car-v. The interior and exterior was not great, but the driving was smooth. So I decided that I want this car and put a deposit without negotiating a price.Turns out he give me a price that’s one thousand dollar higher than usual and the dealer’s fee was $600… I tried negotiating with him about the price and he would not do that. And my deposit is of course non-refundable….

I can't even begin to tell you how rude and obnoxious the salesman Jason is. He has been arguing with me will not refund my money tell me who will but only on Mondays but Monday is closed so I have to wait 2 weeksI explained over and over again how moving to New York and I'm going to be gone and I'm not going to be able to make it up to Bridgeport from Stamford so I have quite a ways to go and I can't go just you took the money off the credit card with no problem why can't you put it back on the dam card I know how they don't even need the card to to swipe or anything to put it on but I need to do is put it back on it's that easy but he is arguing with me and arguing with me and yelling at me he's rude I would never go there do you know if I had somebody gave me a million dollars I wouldn't buy a car there definitely not people friendly the customer does not come first you get yelled at screamed at talked over and rudely rudely forced to do things you don't want to do that you can't do impossible I told him it's impossible I have no car I can't get up there from New York I don't need to work I guess he doesn't think I do. That was the last place on Earth I wouldn't go there I would rather walk than get treated the way that that man treated me. So if you're thinking about going there no matter how good the prices are don't because you won't be able to leave without a car cuz he'll Force you and and scream over you and will not let you off the phone or let you leave there until he's had his way it's horrible it's a horrible situation dealing with him. First of all I don't even want to give it one star because he doesn't deserve even that one star but it won't let me post this without it but let you all know there is not one star it's zero StarsNot good is way over estimating it it's horrible

Had the best experience with Mike’s Motors. From working with the receptionist to working with Jason. All amazing staff. I had a million and one questions and called a million and one times and both the receptionist and Jason made the process smooth. They even suggested things to help the process go quicker for me. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an affordable car to come here. Mike’s Motor didn’t sell me a car just to sell me a car. They made sure everything was up to standard and made sure I was comfortable. Thanks again to Jason and his team!

This Hass to be the worst and most unprofessional used car dealer I have ever dealt with in my life we bought an any Infiniti QX 60 about two months ago and they have had it for about a month and a half worth of time because they can’t seem to factor vehicles, right, the owner says he inspects them. He does not. They sent us away with a vehicle that had faulty seatbelts which is illegal and now we’ve brought it back for five or six times because the check engine light they can’t figure out they have zero communication skills, and clearly do not care about their customers, so I really hope this place is not last long because they are screwing the public over royally.
