Maxi auto general is not a good place that take your car ,and bad mechanic,he charged me 500$ for a part and later lied to me that the part is not good.Later I added 1850$ and he blocked me but anytime I used different to it will go through and he never pick.He will tell you hey the car will be ready one week time but by the time you realize it takes 1 year.He kept my car for 6months after taking advantage of my car issue to make money from me.Never take your car to his shop you will regret .Maxi auto general.The man has quick temper too and talk too much!

Scumbag owner pretended to know how to fix an Audi engine,paid $1,000 upfront...engine destroyed,parts stolen,headlights broke from pushing it around the shop,dodged calls,in-person"very disrespectful and loud...refused reimbursement..Small claims Court...GO ELSEWHERE !!!!!!

I purchased a car from this guy and his team. they are really scams and unprofessional, rush, and don't know how to talk to their customers. They will sell you a fake junk car and when you send it home all hell breaks with massive car issues, don't trust their service, and don't send your cars to them to fix. he refused to give me my money back with no refund policies hung anywhere no type of respect an awful business stay away from it do yourself a favor

It's a auto body shop They have towing service Good thing about this place is they are open late and sometimes 24 hours a day I had a fender bender late on a rainy evening and they were able to fix it .

One star for being available on Sunday during an emergency event.The work done to my vehicle had to be repaired by Firestone. They allowed my hazardous vehicle on the road!!!! I will report this place to the state once I get my report of what was wrong ?I did love their CAGED dogs though— even animal control should be involved ?

The worst mechanic I’ve ever seen!!! The owner knows nothing about cars he always scams for something else. Brought car in he scanned told me what was wrong said 500$ paid and upon pick up told me 600$ more dollars he noticed an oil leak after putting back together and he is very rude!!!! Service is horrible and he’s not a professional. Brought my car there for one thing and of course he tells me there are other problems. I didn’t let him fix it but now the car sounds worse than ever. Besides that he has no respect for woman and tries to be cunning to overshadow his horrible service. I wouldn’t suggest his services to my worse enemy

Made me pull cash out down the street because the card machine was not working so I did. Then he proceeded to say that he didn’t have change(even when they only use cash since the card machine was broken) man is a thief. When I got home I noticed my hood wasn’t latched all the way which I Guess I should have noticed but like come on this is your job. Absolute disgrace if they forget something so easy I can’t imagine what happens when you have major repairs.Please be aware this place is predatory.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very unprofessional people and almost seemed as if they did not want my service. The guy at the front with the afro was rude and had me wait 45 minutes just to run a diagnostic on my check engine through the computer. After i waited what seemed like forever he proceeded to make jokes with the people in the shop and what seemed to be personal phone calls as his obnoxious ringtone on his cellphone kept going off and interrupting our interview. Would not recommend going here unless you want a whole day wasted.Services: Check engine light diagnostic
