John is my favorite person of the day. He has been so kind from the minute we met at 9 am when I dropped off my car to the minute I picked up the car at 4:30 pm.
The problem was not the glass in the door, but instead the regulator. John advised us to pick one up and they would install it. So a quick trip to the store later, it was dropped off. The service fee to get the installation done was totally reasonable and it was all done the same day, which on a Saturday is a whole other miracle.
So John, if you are reading this, thank you for just being amazing all day. My other car is a Jeep so this is just the start of a beautiful friendship.

This company is absolutely horrible with their automated BS can't even get a hold of someone to ask a simple question bottom line is Safelite sucks pick up the damn phone and answer a customers simple question instead of making life difficult

So today was my first time ever using Safelite and I must say, I am beyond amazed, Service was said to be 60 minutes to 90 minutes within 20 minutes of me arriving they brought my car and fixed it up. I highly recommend this place in the manager John Was super friendly. I hope I never have to, but if I have to, I will definitely return to Safelite in Stratford for auto glass problems. PS they even vacuumed my entire rug. I am very grateful.

If I can gave this place 0 star I would. I took my car in for a chip on the windshield when I got the car back there was a huge Crack on the windshield. And the manager refused to repair it for their mistake or admit their wrong doings.Do not go there, they will make your car worse off!

I had an overall great experience at this location. John one of the managers really treats you like family! The waiting room is clean and comfy, I was able to drink a cup of coffee and watch tv during repair. My windshield wipers were installed incorrectly but that was a super simple easy and quick fix. Thanks safelite and John!

I had a great experience at this Safelite Autoglass shop.
The manager John Grant was very polite and they did a great job.
I brought my car in for my scheduled appointment at 1 pm and the car was ready to pick up at 4:30 , exactly as they told me.
This was a Tesla Model Y and the new glass looks great.
Thank you for your services and I will highly recommend your shop in Stratford

Went in for a simple windshield replacement. They almost forgot to put my wipers back on, thankfully they remembered but put them on wrong and the wipers went past my windshield and hit my hood causing scratches and chipping the paint. They also removed the car camera/radar and improperly remounted the camera causing me to have errors on my dashboard disabling some safety features. I had to go to a dealership and pay out of pocket to fix their mistakes. They do an awful job. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Had windshield replaced yesterday and had my wipers replaced. Currently stranded in a thunderstorm because they flew off while driving down the street not 3 minutes into use and I can’t get anyone at the location or the 800 number to answer the phone. I’m very lucky I didn’t get into an accident but now I’m stuck

Poor customer service. Man at the front window was unprofessional.Proper parts were not confirmed before my arrival so they could not complete the job. Dropped off my car for no reason. My insurance company sent me to another repair shop.
