Dealer said he would change the oil and fix large scratch in paint.- Oil filter was very dusty and clearly had not been touched. Oil I drained out was BLACK and probably had not been changed in 8-10k.- Large scratch was "fixed" by rubbing a duplicolor pen on it even though they have a body shop.
