I ordered flowers for my mom’s funeral. The floral arrangements were beyond my expectations. Everyone commented on it. They were absolutely beautiful. The flowers were ver fresh. They did an excellent job. If you order flowers from them, please be patient, you will be satisfied.

I placed an order online. My card got charged. In a short time, I got a phone call from the shop and they told me that they cannot fulfill the order at that price and I have to cancel it. First, this is not the way how any business should work: you posted the price, you got my money - now you should do your part. It was not me who suggested that price, I paid what I was asked to pay. Second, there is no obvious way to cancel on the website. Stay away from this "service"

Received 2 exceptional flower arrangements for my birthday and a week later they still look like they were just delivered. The flower quality was excellent and the design was very high end, so I would definitely recommend this florist to anyone in search of a beautiful presentation.

I went through FTD to send a flower arrangement to my sister for her 50th Birthday The arrangement that i picked from the website was nice but the one that the Florist designed because not all the flowers were available was absolutely stunning... What a beautiful arrangement they sent t her much nicer than what i picked out . They really went above and beyond I would give them 10 stars if i could !!!! Scott jones Florida

This flower shop is exceptional! I have been there a few times since they've opened. Flowers are always fresh and gorgeous. Staff is always friendly, accommodating and prompt in service.
