Same experience as all other customers. Cannot receive packages because the driver doesn't attempt to deliver, but Mark's the tracking like they did make an attempt. Waited at home all day for a package and watched the tracking switch to an attempted delivery online. No one showed up. FedEx doesn't appear to care about their customers otherwise the years of complaints at this distribution center would have been resolved.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They can not seem to deliver to the right address. I have called multiple times and nothing gets resolved. The driver stops in front of my house but doesn't deliver and instead delivers to an address on a completely different road. This is the 6th time in the last 3 months.

The ratting should be negative infinity! I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with such unprofessional service! THE DRIVERS KEEP LYING PUTTING IN THE SYSTEM THAT THEY TRIED TO MAKE A DELIVERY ATTEMPT BUT NEVER CAME TO MY HOUSE!On Aug 12, 2023, I was expecting a business package to be delivered to my address. According to the tracking information, the package was marked as "Delivery Attempted" with a note claiming that no one was home to receive the package. However, this information is completely false, as I was at home the entire day, eagerly waiting for the package.To add to my frustration, I contacted FedEx customer service to resolve this issue. I explained the situation and requested that a note be left for the driver to call me and ring the doorbell when attempting the delivery. Despite my efforts to ensure a successful delivery, I received no calls, no doorbell rings, and no door tag indicating an attempted delivery on the next day - Aug 13, 2023. Instead, I received another notification claiming that an attempted delivery had been made without any further communication or attempted contact.This sequence of events is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism and integrity of your delivery service. Quit your job if you don't want to do it, we need our packages to be delivered on time!

This is the absolute worst shipping company. I was supposed to get a delivery on Tuesday, did not receive. They changed the date to Wednesday, I called because no one was going to be home to receive items and changed the delivery to Saturday. On Wednesday, I get a notification that the product is out for delivery, I called again because clearly they made a mistake. The order was changed for delivery for Saturday. Here we are Saturday at 8:20 pm- no delivery. Online says that I refused the delivery on Wednesday and it was returned to the shipper TODAY!They are a disaster!!!! Do not ever use this third class company!!!

I’m filing a complaint. I’m sick of your drivers lying putting in the system that they tried to make a delivery attempt but never came to my house. My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday 7/21/23. Then the delivery date changed to Saturday 7/22/23 between 10am and 2pm. Didn’t receive it. Then I get a text around 7:30pm stating we attempted to deliver your package but didn’t have access. How I have no gates, no codes, you drive in my parking right in front of my door. Then the delivery date was changed to Sunday 7/23/23 still no package. I’ve been waiting since Friday today is now Monday 7/24/23. FedEx drivers need to do there job and stop playing with ppl packages. When it states by the end of day meaning 8pm is the cutoff time and you just didn’t feel like finishing your route. Get another job at this point. I always have a problem with FedEx. I wish companies stop using this company to ship ppl orders out. I never have this problem with UPS. I remember I ordered something for Christmas and didn’t get the package until February. This company need to retrain there drivers and hold them accountable. You would think with all these negative reviews. The company would do something but no they don’t care.

It was like the lady online did not know anything that she was talking about while she was texting me so it had to be computerized and you can't get on the phone with them so that was sloppy and unprofessional

Ordered flowers delivered to my girlfriends Job, paid extra for the delivery date for the occasion, got a notification saying her business was closed, they’d attempt tomorrow, but they definitely were open and theres someone always there to receive packages.
