I called Bob about a problem we were having with no sound on the TV, and he called me back within the hour and gave us a few suggestions to fix it which we hadn’t tried. They worked, and we were very happy with his help over the phone. Not many repair people would do that. Thanks again Bob!

The representative called me back within a half hour on a Saturday! We discussed openly and practically whether he should work on my TV or if I should purchase a new one. He also gave me practical advice re my laptop. I found an honest repair person!

While Bob didn't need to come out for us, I would definitely use his when I do need service. After a widespread outage from a cable service our TV was displaying snow. Being seniors and with disabilities I made a call and Bob returned the call within 30 minutes and was able to talk us into fixing the problem. His recommendation worked, so I made sure to call him back to thank him.

My LED TV suffered a broken screen. I called Dependable to ask if the display screen could be replaced. The gentleman I spoke with asked me the manufacturer and screen size and then told me it could be replaced. But, it would actually cost more than the price of the TV when purchased new. Very honest and up front. Would highly reccomend based on that phone call, alone.

I call Bob, and he was able to come within a few hours to give me and estimate on fixing my LG TV
