Selling defective devices.I buy the same device like 3 times there is not warranty my device brake Down same day I buy it and there’s not return policy.I don’t recommend buy any devise from this place I have a very bad experience plus dint treated me good when I ask for at least a discount on a different brand of device

Was in there today. I had some issues with my tank which David and Brandon were able to help with. Really knowledgeable when it came to my vape kit even though it was an older model. If you go here, definitely ask for either of them, they will take care of you!

I love this place. The people that work there are great!! They know there stuff and are always friendly and ready to help. They usually have lower prices then the majority of other smoke/vape shops. Been going to Billow & Blaze for over 15 years and many more to come.

Very disappointed in the service I received regarding an almost expired (4 days away) and very hard pkg of 500mg passion fruit gummies. I was told sorry they aren't expired and they are hard because of sugar. I buy the gummies on a regular basis and will not be returning to this store. I read the canna website and they said once expired they lose their strength and get hard. Will not recommend this store to anyone.
