The pharmacy is so unreliable and does not answer their phone and does not return messages as promised...not in one hour, not at all. I have been burned way too many times here showing up only to be told my prescription is not ready and to come back. I will be switching to Stop&Shop pharmacy.

I have not gone in without a dozen people at both the main checkout and the pharmacy with only one person handling people. And I normally go during the day

Today a pharmacist and tech went out of their way to fix an issue caused by a different pharmacy. I have been in serious pain due to a painful ear infection and I am grateful they were able to fix the issue quickly.
