I just called to get a service appointment and was told the earliest appointment is almost three weeks out. My takeaway is not to buy anymore cars from VW or from Curran because they are unable to service them. ETA: got off the phone and booked and appointment with a competitor for the next day. So this is not normal for the industry.

Nothing needs improvement in my opinion. They service rep was great. polite and very friendly. He explained everything that was done to the vehicle and had the car washed. Great Service. My Passat is 10 years and I continue to have my car serviced at Curran. The service dept has well trained mechanics

Went in for service and an oil change. When came time to pay I was told that the technician had said my hood release was a bit tight. They included an estimate for a new hood latch and labor. Got and home and was curious to see under the hood. The hood release handle had no tension. Come to find out the cable was cut. And now the hood can’t be opened. Why would you close the hood and park my car outside ready to go as if nothing was wrong. Just another experience to avoid the dealership.
Update 05/2024. I went back to purchase the part I needed and was encouraged to speak to the Service manager about my experience. Overall customer service was great. He explained that there’s a known issue with the hood release cable , but more importantly he acknowledged that the situation could have been handled better. Handed me his card and told me that if I can’t get in touch with him. To reach out to the others 2 service advisors. I will add names later because this staff is awesome. My part came in I was contacted. Ended up having to schedule with a service advisor who remembered my case , he noted my account with the arrangement that was discussed prior and scheduled me for service. Part installed Labor addressed and they earned a customer back.

Car needed 2nd year service and was not covered because of VW warranty apparently expired 4 days before. Now wave to pay out of pocket for simple maintenance that was marketed as covered.

Recently purchased Tiguans for my daughters. Had a great experience working with Gianni I. Contacted Gianni in the am and we had a deal in place by early afternoon. He provided guidance throughout the process with no pressure. To top it off, he had the cars delivered!

The service department was great. Brought my car in for thermostat failure. They confirming the issue and got back to me right away. They told me the car was still under warranty and everything is covered. I got the car back the next day. Very Happy..:)

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Curran. Gianni was amazing to work with. He is honest and up front and an over all great guy.
