Went to purchase a product from the store that had a price tag of $6.99. When the cashier rang me up they said the price shows $12.99. She asked me to go back to the item and take a picture of it with the price tag as proof. When I returned and showed it to her she called over a manager who then insisted I was wrong and that I need to pay the $12.99. There weren't any products priced at $12.99 on the shelve and he wasn't even willing to go check himself. Careful buying items from this store since the price tag will say one thing but they will charge you a higher price. Bunch of scam artist.

This place is disgusting it's dirty I have been in other Cumberland farms they were clean then on top of the Filthiness they have this rude women in there if she don't like her job she should quit instead of being nasty to customers I Won't be visiting this place again

I have lived right behind this Cumby's for 7yrs and I love it! Everyone there is so incredibly nice and helpful (even at 4am) and even though they are right off I-95, you rarely wait in a long line. Great Cumby's!!! ?

Today is 10/16/22 at 7:06 pmI walked in there, and they didn't have bread but a lot of hotdogs.I asked the girl that was working there if she was on her phone, and she looked at me funny and replied there is no more bread and didn’t care if I wanted gas. I love this place before Covid. The place used to be so clean and had friendly employees but now no one wants to help I live in Stratford this place sucks now. I won’t let anyone and my family nor my friends go there anymore is it ghetto

Daily client from almost three years, normally with a full tank I drive about 550miles, I don’t know why with my last three full tanks I drove less than 300 miles, I changed gas station two days ago and my car is doing again over 500 miles per tank..?

You can't beat the 99 cent large coffee and make it yourself. Delicious! & Lots of snacks to pick up on the way to work. Although I say, I miss the old crew, all the shifts but I especially missed that old morning crew 2017-19! Fun, friendly and always had pizza ready, even in the morning! And It was definitely cleaner back then! But Cumbys will always be my favorite coffee stop in the am!

Unfortunately the owner of this franchise has lost interest in managing its operation.Multiple gas pumps are out of order.Coffee urns are frequently empty in the morning, out of stock on cups and the place is dirty.Corporate needs to step in on this one as it used to be a decent place to stop but now I just avoid going there.

Purchased Swedish fish from store 4736-0688 only to take home and notice they were covered with yellow and black spots so I went back to the location and showed the cashier and requested a refund. She was rude and told me she couldn’t. So I asked her if I can get something else she said it had to be same item. I opened another bag only to notice the same exact thing. Another cashier came in and she asked her if she can give me a refund and she said “give her $2” I showed her my receipt and told her I paid $2.89 plus tax and she said “you doing to much take the money or leave” so I left. I paid for something non edible and refused a refund. I am highly upset at the customer service I received.
