Ed requested I write a review for him, he was very knowledgeable with our large format HP Printer. He was also friendly and everything is working great after his repair and replacement of the service station. My wife had to get our office multi-service printer/copier repaired and I am so happy that she reached out to Copiers Plus. They provided us with great customer service via trouble shooting over the phone first. The part that Copier Plus recommended was the right fix to correct our printer/copier issues and now our printer/copier is running smoothly. We have had our printers services by Copiers Plus for several years now. They know their way around a variety of printers including large format machines, which we've found difficult to repair in house. They always get us back up and running quickly. Most recently we decided to upgrade our large format printer. Copiers Plus provided quick and effective service in finding the right model to suit our needs, sourcing, delivery, installation, and training. We would recommend them for any printer needs.

He went out of his way to help us to quickly find a buyer for our copier and made the process of transfer and delivery seamless. Ed was extremely helpful. We were sourcing a new copier and he was able to find us a brand new copier that was being leased near by. The company leasing the machine was moving and needed to get out of the lease. Ed assisted in us taking over the lease and getting service on the copier. Very knowledgeable and professional!
