Incompetent and slow staff

If you come here and see a woman named Maryann, be prepared for a very rude and impatient individual. I worked with a wonderfully patient woman named Susan. I needed to deposit a check and there was an issue in question with the check. Susan approached Maryann ( who was working next to her) with the question. Maryann responded to this question extremely rudely and with a complete attitude to her coworker. I don’t know if she was have a bad day, but I do not believe this was a kind way to conduct business in front of a loyal customer. Susan remained patient and had her question answered by someone else in the bank. Maryann then complained about it to the customer she was working with. Not only does Maryann’s behavior harm the reputation of Chase Bank, it also shows the complete disregard of human compassion within the work space.

Worst bank have gone twice to catch checks both issued to me and had issuws with the tellers who refused or made up an excuse as to why the check couldn't be cashed

For the last 3 months or so, this location has been having issues with their ATM machines being partially or fully out of service. Instead of placing unwanted "courtesy calls" to customers(invest with our "private client" department) focus on the basics instead, please .

This place is the worst! How can there only be ONE person in the bank qualified to open new accounts?!?!? The service is so slow and the employees are SO rude and inept.Maybe I'm the crazy one, expecting to go into Chase bank and have helpful, knowledgeable Chase representatives wanting my deposit and business. Clearly, they do not care about their customers or community.

I never see bad altitude staff's any other bank. Bank open time at 9.but they didn't open on time.

The worst customer service. They locked my account because I started an account online . Then when I went to get it all fixed I waited an hour to get serviced with two people to service me on the floor . It makes no sense . Would not recommend using chase at all .
