“Typically every time I have to rent a car it comes with a negative experience. I can honestly say that that has never been the case with Enterprise in Stratford. I have used them in the past with insurance claims but more recently I needed to rent while my car was at the mechanic, which fell during the busiest time of year - the end of December. Despite the chaos, everyone at Enterprise has been extremely helpful. Even when customers were packed inside, the staff made sure to be attentive to everyone and do it with a smile.Specifically, Matt went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to relax on my Christmas vacation. He showed care and compassion when trying to meet my requests and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I would go as far as to say that Matt has provided me with one of the best experiences I’ve had in customer service. He is definitely management material and should be considered if he is not already.”

“they accommodated me to an upgrade due to the vehicle they gave me was damage from a previous renter, but on returning the vehicle. Their computers were down and the receptionist was not nice. She was rude, she needs better training. overall I still give avis a five star for them accommodating me.”

“The reason why I am giving Budget a 4 star rating is because they need to fix their system whereas I made reservations using my Union's website and upon arrival this morning having been greeted pleasantly by Lena, I was told that they did not have any vehicles available at that time. As I continued to wait for cars to be returned, 2 more customers came in who also used a third party website and had the same issue. However, Lena was so nice and professional throughout all of our processes to get a rental vehicle and she went far above and beyond to secure each of us a rental vehicle. I ended up canceling my reservation because they do not have a Dropbox at this location, and I would have had to drive to Fairfield to drop it off, which was just too much for me to do. I would definitely use their service again but have learned a valuable lesson by not using a 3rd party website who does not have updated knowledge on if vehicles are truly available. So, to anyone who, like me, uses 3rd party websites to reserve a vehicle, I strongly urge you not to do that anymore because of what happened this morning. Again. I say, in spite of this issue, the rest of my process, even canceling my reservation, was seamless. Thank you so much, Lena, for all that you did.”
