On a Sunday night at 8 pm, there are only 3 cashiers open and 150 people waiting on an impossibly long line winding around 3 aisles. Kids are screaming as if it is a family playground, and no movement of the line whatsoever.
Very unpleasant experience. I had a cart full of clothes and accessories and housewares. Dropped everything and left.
Before I left, I noticed that now only 2 cashiers were open out of 14!
Meanwhile there were 3 available people walking behind the counter doing nothing!
Ridiculous!

Came a Saturday morning 1 cashier 20 people in line. Service is very poor. Slow need to hire cashier you make more than enough money. Stop making excuses.

Cashier Michele was very rude and condescending. While waiting in line we moved up before the chime and she said “we call here” after being in line for over 10 minutes. I had multiple items and she asked if we wanted a bag for 10¢ in a condescending manner. At the end of the transaction I asked if her name was on the receipt she said yes, asked why, and proceeded to laugh.
Poor attitude, slow service, rude, unprofessional.
I would like to shout out Carleen C for being a model employee and for showcasing the better side of Burlington.

Wow. I had no idea this store was in such a sad state of affairs. My husband and I went for a coat on a Sunday and the entire store was a MESS and then, like another reviewer shared, the checkout line was unacceptably long. So long that we put down the coat we were going to buy and left. I honestly will not return as this kind of shopping experience is not for me.

The checkout line was ridiculous. After spending about 1 hour shopping, I had to drop everything in the store and leave because the line was unbelievably long with only two cashiers. We even asked a staff if they could take our stuff, mark them and put them in front so we could return early the next morning to pay for them but the staff responded with a very rude NO. Not sure about shopping at Burlington again.

If you are in a hurry you may want to skip this one! I waited in line for 1 hour with one item that I really needed. Although there were six lights on at the registers only one or two of the cashiers were really working hard to get people through and there was no register for people with a small amount of items.

The store itself is a nice store to shop in however after like 11a.m the lines be so long I don't be wanting to stand in them too long and this place doesn't have the electric wheelchair which is unfortunate because most of my clients are handicap I really think you guys should invest in at least 2 of them .....

Interesting location but had a lot of options. I have it 3 stars just because it was not as easy to find as I thought. Was a great place to find home goods, coats, jackets, kitchen items and just about everything ! A little unorganized but to be expected from these larger department stores.

Store with a lot of variety. Unfortunately, the aisles lack organization with items scattered on the floor, making walking uncomfortable. In my opinion, they need more employees per shift for such a large store.

The management is awful, they mistreat the staff and do nothing to help. The lines are 45 minutes to 2 hours long and the story is incredibly dirty with bugs.
