Store manager has a complete lack of empathy, I placed a online order to be ready for pickup between 8-9pm (as I always do there) i get off work around 815-820pm, and takes me 15 mins to drive there, I got off work late this night due to something thag happened so I called them up around 840pm and spoke with a lady and i explained to her imma be there right around 9pm my gps showing 901pm arrival and please i need to get these 7 items for my kids for breakfast in morning etc (cause Friday, Saturday, sunday i work from 8am-10pm) so obviously cant make it to BJs then, I make it inside the store at 901pm I tell the lady she says wait by pickup area, so im there for 9-10 mins, this older white gentlemen walks by and says we are closed, im like sir i was here for past 10 mins i have a online order thats ready for pickup etc etc, he says nope nothing I can do you cant get it, i explain what happened and even called in, and i really need these 7 items which are for my kids please, (Milk, Fruity pebbles, Cinnamon toast crunch, Strawberries, Lemonade 3pack, bagels and Cream cheese) im begging him and even said i was here waiting since 901pm, and rushed on highway etc, he says nope and you can go to walmart thats open till 11pm, im like sir can i then go get the items myself? (I can get all them 7 items that are paid already in less then 5 mins since i know where everything is at, and i say this suggestion since theres still people in the store shopping) he says no again and that he cant do nothing, meanwhile the girl by counter is looking like damn the order is literally right there inside the little room, im telling him bro its right there and the milk is in the fridge, he took it upon himself to say nope cant do it and that the system wont let him do it etc, everything is ready to go and get picked up and paid for, its not like i got there at 915pm and was being unreasonable, i again said sir please man its for my 2 kids who need breakfast for next few days since Im not home on weekends due to my schedule and this guy took it upon himself to make it personal, 901pm i was there.. smh… safe to say BJs lost me and my family as a customer and I know they dont care cause they have so much business and volume, but what he did to me was eye opening and uncalled for.

I really wish they'd speed up the line on the way out... You know, the one where most employees pretend to check your receipt. There are cameras everywhere. Maybe they should hire more Security? Sometimes that line on the way out will have 12 people waiting. Some people have to get back to work or have places they Need to be. Other than that, the store is clean, most employees are very helpful and always well stocked.

The worse deli service, it took 35mins for my turn. Terrible service, you have 4 people and only 1 its attending all the customers.

Im a regular at this location and sadly enough theres this one Hispanic female employee that wears the same black pants at the front door that checks receipts that constantly accusing me of stealing and every single time she counts my items they add up to the amount of items i paid for. Bjs do better with your employees this is how you lose employees and they get disrespected. I will be sure to add her pictures to my review to warn everyone of her antics

On Wednesday October 4 I was about to go shopping but then I forgot I had to help a older women to take her cat to a appointment so I had to leave the store in a hurry so I won’t be late and then a Hispanic guy said Ma’am I need to go look in your bag and accuse me of stealing which was 100% not true and I am only 26 years old and already be accuse of something I didn’t do and then I asked to speak to his manger and she was no help at all and I told them I am never coming back her again and you should go to Costco not BJ

I always buy everything there, all the products are good, I love it, my three stars are really because of the terrible attention of this lady. I think it was Yésica M. Manager, very bad service, I forgot my card but I had the photo and I could put the numbers in and he denied me help. Other times other people kindly helped me with the same problem.

employee keyline was very useful and kind! helped me meanwhile checking out. Didn’t have to ask for scanner came right away and scan all my items away.made selfcheckout a lot more easier to use.

Arrived today at 8:50PM and both doors were locked. Several customers outside complaining about paid memberships yet the store closes before their posted close time of 9PM.
