In over a decade I NEVER had an issue with BOA. In 2022 I opened a business account and the service I received was seamless. David Paine is an absolute pleasure to work with and the rest of the team is just as friendly and professional. Highly recommend this branch!

I should have paid attention to ALL of the NEGATIVE reviews from the beginning. This is one of the worst banks to exist in the modern day. The Stratford branch specifically is extremely lacking in customer service. The female teller that is supposedly a "manager" never wants to cash checks that are drawn off the bank because their business checks, I do not appreciate this at all. What is the point of having a business account if you have all of these limits!?? none of the checks ever overdrew the account or got returned. Also, whatever happened to relationship banking? everyone is behind the counter looking miserable. The manager doesn't even acknowledge you or look you in the eyes and she always has an attitude she has reddish brown hair. The bank is always packed and understaffed. I will never be returning if I decide to stay with this bank for my business, I will use the Milford branch. They are friendly and always cash my business checks as I have a BUSINESS ACCOUNT with no problem or smugness!!!

Went to do a withdrawal because my debit card expired and I never received a new one, I showed the teller my secondary ID and the app with my info account # and everything and she said no because I didn’t have my passport like who is going to be carrying a passport everyday? Rude staff

Slowest bank ever !!! No matter when I go there is a line !!! Not sure why ! Are the tellers slow or new idk ?? But you will wait in line here !!!!

Honestly makes no sense how there are people sitting in the cubicle doing nothing and there’s only one cashier whiles there are 7 people on the line waitin. This has happened on 2 different occasions. Makes absolutely no sense.

I just want to say how great of an experience I had in the Stratford branch. I needed help with my account. Rather than call customer service, I decided to go in person. I am so happy that I did! Everyone was very friendly. The manager, Khan, was extremely helpful, attentive, and patient as he answered every single one of my questions. I really appreciated the time he took and felt at ease after my visit. I will definitely continue to use this branch going forward!

This branch is the worst they set nonsensical rules that other locations don’t have. When I got married In July 2019 my husband and I tried to deposit our wedding gift checks into my account and they said we couldn’t but if my husband opened an account with them they’ll allow us. That didn’t make sense to us, So we drove to a location 5min away (BOFA on Boston Ave) they allowed us to deposited all the checks without a problem.Today 11/29/21 my husband went to this branch again and refused to deposit $2800 cash into my account, so that I will have enough money to Pay our mortgage on the 1st and our credit card. They said, they can only deposit a check not cash and than they said, they can take cash to pay my credit card but can not take the rest of the money to deposit into my account. What kind of nonsense is this? they can take cash when it benefits them but not when it benefits us?I’m seriously reconsidering my relationship with BOF. I’ve had enough they’re too inconsiderate and even try to listen

Toni is the best manager, for me she is the best of all the employees of that branch. She has a lot of knowledge in what she does, whenever I've had a problem she goes out of her way to help me solve it. She attends clients quickly and with great courtesy.

Arrived 11:40 on a Saturday, wasn’t able to make a large withdrawal because the manager said the vault was already balanced. Offered half but no other solution. When I got to my car and figured something else out the doors were locked. She said I had to call ahead to request the funds. Also I tried to open a student account for my child but was told I needed an appointment. When trying to open online it says visit a local branch but not to make an appointment.

The wait at this bank is unbelievable. Everytime I go to this bank the line is very long. I came here at 11:58 am on a Saturday and was denied service. Seems as if they are always understaffed for customer service. When you go in the bank they have several people working however only 2 will help with at the counter. While is why it takes customers so long to get in and out of this bank.

This people need to hire really people that a list know a be about accounting make my dad go back and forward today for a very simple transaction I had to call another bank couse the idiot of the banker tell my dad he can not do a simple wire transfer that I need to be bank with them (never). After I call my bank the banker told me what I already new my dad went back the idiot was not there anymore. If I was my dad personally I would bank with someone else thats why I left bank of America plus the so call manager have the nerve to sign on the stupidity mind you we can zelle now and the taller in bank of America can transfer money Ops. Sad story.
