Andre diagnosed and fixed our broken JennAir oven after we moved into our new home. While it was expensive (>$800) to repair the broiler and install some safety valves as it had been fitted incorrectly for propane, Andre was so nice, informative, and helpful, explaining everything in detail. I'm so glad he was our service rep and hope to work with him again if we ever have any appliance issues in the future!

Frank came through at the last minute when my washing machine desperately needed a part a few minutes just before he was closing. He had the part in stock and I was back in business quick THANKS!

Set up a dryer repair appointment. The time frame was between 8-12. No one showed. I called to inquire and the representative said they should be there in 15 minutes. No one showed. The repairman shows up at 2:35. I couldn’t wait any longer. Wasted my whole day! Very unprofessional.

Kudos to Steve. at Action appliance- he was able to solve the problem with my dishwater over the phone, thus saving me what would have turned out to be an unnecessary service call. If I ever do need service on any appliance I will certainly call on them.Service: Dishwasher repair
