My husband and I called ahead to confirm that they do notary services; the rep went to ask and confirmed that they could, just come after 3:30. We then came in, only for them to tell us that their manager couldn’t notarize them because his license expired. So… why would they have checked and then said yes they could? Also, they told us they could not notarize small claims documents, that we needed to go to a court in the jurisdiction (an hour away) to notarize them and only they can do it. After we left, we called Bank of America and specifically asked if they could notarize small claims documents, and they said yes they could. This Chase bank doesn’t seem reliable or trustworthy at all.

Came in well before closing -45 min, bank manager said we needed to come back or set up an appointment. Clearly did not want our business, disappointed as our local branch is much more willing to help.

Very easy to make deposits, they’re all helpful when I go in there, and there’s a snack table!

The bank employee's are great and professional. The problem is if you want to cash a check they charge you a $10 fee if you don't have an account with them, which to me is ridiculous. Also I showed my license that has the gold star but yet had to have another form of identification, debit card blah blah blah so they can enter it into their system. I ended up giving my Social Security card as a second form of identification. I could have opened an account with the check I was cashing but it would have been a 10 day hold on it. The Chase Bank Shareholders must be making out like the bandits they are.
