Although I am writing this review before actually receiving the vehicle we bought, I can't say enough great things about the people and the service at Valenti Ford. From the first phone call to the last signature on the paperwork, these people are THE BOMB. So, so helpful, totally organized, friendly, knowledgable, and chill (not in your face, which was especially refreshing) - and you can tell they like each other and enjoy their work. Seriously. I know it doesn't sound like I'm describing a car dealership, but I am! We won't make any major purchase from people who are pushy or unfriendly, so it was a pleasure to do business with these guys. 10/10

For years, Valenti provided excellent service for my VW Passat, so when it came time to buy a new car, I stopped there first. And I’m so glad I did. I found a nice looking used car online. When I called they were able to get me in that day, and I was able to test drive it right then. Jim and David helped me and they were friendly without being overbearing and informative without being pushy. I ended up buying the car and I'm happy with my purchase and experience.
