Yesterday, 9/8, our cat Henry needed to be put down. Our vet was on vacation. I’ve heard great things about this veterinary group. I called and we were told to come right over. The staff were very caring and supportive.

My fur babies have been in the care of SVH for many years. They are always. compassionate and caring. Recently we had to have our kitty put down....they cried with us and even sent us a sympathy card signed by everyone in the office. I wouldn’t take my “babies” anywhere else ! We see no doctor other than Dr. Karen Brown !

I have been bringing my fur babies to this practice for over 3 decades . You will find no better compassionate, no nonsense, practical care anywhere . From puppies and kittens to scrappy Tom cats and geriatric dogs . I have trusted them with everyone and will continue to trust them with my furry family.

Dr Brown has been wonderful caring for my senior pets (dog and cat). She knows what she's doing! She's stays current on medical information. She is also friendly, kind, explains issues so I understand them, and answers my questions cheerfully. Also, there were times with my dog, Sammy, was ill and needed tests. She always followed up with test results even though we were not on that day's schedule. Also, she calls back promptly. She has a tremendous love for animals. Although I ultimately chose a different treatment than she recommended for our 17yo terminally ill cat, she made sure I understood all our options and respected our family's decisions. I wish there were more people like her!
