Brenda and the team at Newman's Service are awesome. Our car broke down 123 miles from our home on Cape Cod. Newman's arranged to tow my car to their shop, fixed it perfectly, had it ready the next day and did all this at a very fair price. I highly recommend them for their friendly and professional service!

I brought my new (to me) car in for an oil change and check up. They busted the glove box latch checking the cabin filter because apparently it didn't occur to anyone someone might keep it locked in a convertible (they had the key). When I pointed that out I was instructed to come back the next day. The next day, after four hours, I was told I should go to a junk yard for a new glove box latch (which would suck because the key wouldn't work). Then I went home and disassembled and fixed in minutes (no new parts).
-2 for incompetence (breaking the latch, then failing to fix, then bad advice)
-1 for failing to take responsibility for their mess up
-1 for being noticeably annoyed I showed up the next day

Quality of service was great, timely and complete. I'm commenting not only for my repair but work I observed being done for another customer while I was waiting.
Office manager Brenda is a sweetheart and the best customer service face a business could ask for.

Someone pointed out a bubble in my tire 30 minutes into a 5 hour drive. Luckily I was near Newmans. They had my tire replaced and me back on the road in about 30 minutes!

I got this auto shop recommended by a friend, honestly it’s the most reliable real mechanic shop, truly mechanic shop!They would tell you what you need to fix not like other bad places trying to “ milk it “ your wallet. Example I’m coming from a dealer shop telling me I need to change all around breaks in my Hyundai Elantra trying to charge me “arm and leg “ When this shop called me saying we changed your back brakes I said what about the front brakes?Lady answered they are perfectly fine for now, we’re not that kind of business.Thank you guys for really good service, you got yourself a new customer! ?????

Omg! This is by far my favorite repair shop. I been a mechanic for 20 years. 5 years ago I decided to hanging up and do something else. But if I don’t feeling like fixing my cars I always know we’re to take it. Multiple time Newman garage has fix my cars and my kids cars and price is reasonable. It is hard for me to trust any garage but John and his wonderful stuff I will always take my cars to my favorite to garage.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Had my brakes and roters "fixed" I was told my calipers were fine. My car was still making the same noises and I ended up having to fix everything again elsewhere. Very disappointed.Service: Brakes
