Is there a 6 or 7 Star rating?? I drive out of my way to only use MYSTIC MAILBOX for my UPS shipments! I sell on eBay, Mercari & Etsy and this is the only ship center I trust! The drop offs are safe & secure and it’s easy to find right off I95 in Mystic, CT (near the Aquarium, look for the TOP 100 UPS SHIP CENTERS IN THE COUNTRY banner) Most of my shipping labels are prepaid but when I do have to purchase a UPS shipping label it is hassle-free and I’m in and out! Thank you for the great service!

It was my first time needing to drop off a package at this location at my job nearby, and the woman with the glasses and the short hair was extremely rude to me. She was eyeballing me the entire time and I had no idea what to do, like I was a hoodlum or something the moment I stepped in, so I asked her politely where to put the package and she snapped "just put it outside the door with the other ones when the UPS guide comes to pick it up". I then asked her if I could I possibly have a receipt, or something to prove that I dropped it off? and she said, "No. I don't give receipts out"..... how can you possibly run a business if you don't give out receipts to your customers? That makes no sense. You're better off going to the Mystic Post Office in the downtown area less than 10 minutes away for professional, and courteous service.

Such a wonderful place to drop off my packages and very convenient! Has all of my shipping supplies and necessities. Clerk provided exceptional service and went above and beyond! I will definitely return here for business. I am so glad this place has everything that I need. Very satisfied with my experience.

This is a great spot to drop off return packages with labels such as from Amazon. You can leave them right outside by the building in the front. Otherwise, I don't recommend shipping here because it's extremely pricey.

Employee refused to scan pre-paid packages or provide a receipt; directed to leave in pile outside with others. Good luck trying to prove you dropped something off if it goes missing. I went elsewhere where scanning my package wasn't looked at like a hassle for them to do- especially when they were not helping anyone- just talking on their cell phone.

This place is awesome. The owner was so friendly to me. If you have an Amazon return you must have the box all done up with the label already attached. It's not their fault if you are at the wrong return location!!
