The best thing we did in this difficult experience of selling my mother's house was hiring Dan Contino. From day one, he seemed like an old friend but knew what he was doing. Been in the area for 35 years, knows everyone and has the experience and expertise to help you. His advice from the start, was spot on and I trusted him to do the right thing. Always available for questions, good listener, and had the sensitivity to know when to back down and when to be helpfully honest. Run don't walk to Dan Contino for selling, buying, whatever your real estate needs.

Selling Our home became one of the most difficult and complex processes my family and I had ever had to deal with. Mr Contino Was with us every step of the way all the way to closing. I recommend Dan for many reasons..His background in building homes is really helpful, he is able to recognize and sell the value of your property. He has a pulse on the local community and market trends, and has great resources that he is able to tap to get things done quickly and professionally. He made the process easy and predictable. There are a lot of realtors out there, but not a lot of great ones. Dan is one of the greats.

We had a realtor who, in a reasonably hot market, could not seem to bring us anything but VA offers which fell through over a five month period. Relatives had dealt with Dan on a couple of occasions and recommended him. We finally made the switch and he closed the sale in less than a month, and above asking price. An excellent, knowledgeable, and professional realtor. We had already moved to another state, and we especially appreciated that Dan kept us informed as the sale progressed. He took care of any incidental repairs in a very timely fashion In the future, Dan Contino would be my first choice.
