They took my car right in after my adjuster helped me with my claim and knew exactly what to do! They are super friendly and knowledgeable and did an amazing job and were pretty fast with repairs even though they were quite busy! Very great service and amazing people. I hope to not ever need repairs but if I do this is the best place to come around the mystic/westerly area!

Had a great experience using this auto body shop! Owner is so kind and friendly and made my experience so much easier! My car got hit while it was parked which is such a drag but I was able to come here and easily get a quote made up and then get the work done so quickly. It was hassle-free and a great job was done. I definitely recommend using this place!!

The staff seem very nice and pleasant. I'm disappointed that they can't get my headlight from Ford. Ford only has a left headlight available, I need the right one.I wish that they had other options. Have Brown's garage checked out other suppliers??? It's going on 3 weeks since I took my car there.

Walked in a while ago with a messed up fender and bumper, they took, two days during Christmas break to fix it, and I was back on the road.All around very professional and very good body work from them.
