Arrianna is a very bright, cheerful, and upbeat sales lady! She was able to answer all our questions and walk us through everything. Nancy was our finance lady and she was very pleasant to work with. If there was anything off she was willing to fix it with no problem! Thank you so much!

Buying a car at Bob Valenti was a very smooth and painless experience. Devin and Nancy are friendly, professional, experienced and very knowledgeable. Well after I bought the car they answered questions and took care of post buying items such as registration in a timely manner. Through the entire process they were very responsive. I would definitely buy a car from here again. Outstanding experience.

I purchased a used chevy truck this past June. At the time of purchase I looked under the truck to check for rust, noticed oil on the outside of the pan, pointed it out to the salesman. He assured me they just changed the oil and it's probably just residual. I've had to add oil often. Today I changed the oil plug gasket and filter. The old filter was severely over tightened and difficult to remove. I installed the new filter, plug and new gasket, and filled oil. When I started the truck oil was still running down the side of the filter. The Valenti chevy Service department made an appointment THREE WEEKS OUT. The service manager was completely dismissive and unempathetic about the problem and about what should be done between now and the appointment.
I am very disappointed to not only have been sold a truck with a problem by the Valentis of all dealers, but their lack of care about this problem. I expected better considering their reputation.

If you’re looking to get a vehicle I highly recommend trying here! My sales person Arri was beyond helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable and made sure to listen to my every concern, checking with her manager when needed to make sure she could assist me in the best way possible. She was respectful but realistic when it came time to choosing the right vehicle and had a selection of choices ready for me upon my arrival. She was extremely patient and was able to work through the multiple challenges I threw her way, all with a smile on her face. Thank you to Jimmy and Nancy and especially Arri for all your help!

My experience at Valenti was exceptional. I was looking to purchase my first brand new car, my first big adult purchase. I was very specific on the type of car and color I wanted and Brandon went above and beyond to make sure that happened. He answered any questions we had and kept us updated until he was able to find the vehicle I wanted. He was very kind, enthusiastic and helpful. Nancy in the financing department was also an absolute ray of sunshine. She was very pleasant and very helpful. Thanks again valenti for your hard work!

I love cars and I’ve purchased quite a few over the years. My experience at Bob Valenti Chevy is far and away the best (and most fun) car buying experience I’ve had. And I wasn’t even buying a Chevy! My salesperson, Eric Tingley, was fantastic. He listened to what I needed to make the deal work and he got it done with zero hassle. He was honest, kind, and respectful, and communicated very well. Nancy on the finance end worked her magic to get me a competitive financing package. I’m from Massachusetts and the staff were pros at dealing with insurance and registration, which is particularly challenging in MA. Thank you, Bob Valenti Chevy! I’m so happy with my purchase and look forward to buying another car from you in the future. ?

I almost always have a very positive experience at Valenti service. This time I had an oil change and asked them to check my brakes. I needed new front brakes and the service was completed the same day. When I picked my vehicle up, it was washed and vacuumed. Can't ask for better service than that! We just purchased another vehicle (4th so far)!
