This review is for the dodge Chrysler and jeep parts department not service. It's crazy how horrible this parts department is. I bought a sensor from them which has a 1 year warranty and when I went to do the warranty they gave me an excuse since I don't have the original receipt they can't do anything for me. So I purchased a new sensor out of pocket made sure I kept the receipt now went back again to do a warranty with the original receipt now he says he can't help me because I didn't keep the original packaging like who keep the bags and boxes of the parts they put in their vehical am i suppose to have a junk closet of all the packages ive ever bought how stupid does this sound. Do not go here for your parts they are absolute crooks. Has one of the best service departments I've ever dealt with but worst parts department. I'm telling you guys do not do it to yourself they do not stand behind their parts and they are nothing but a liers stir clear of this place I wouldn't send my worst enemy here to do business with this parts department. It's sad people don't stand behind their product

After I purchased my new Trailblazer, I had some damage from a minor “lot incident”, so I contacted my salesman, Edgar Roman, who put me in touch with the Recon Manager Luis, and they quickly took care of me! My Trailblazer looks GREAT Again!!
Thank you Valenti Chevy & ESPECIALLY Edgar!! 11/10 would recommend!!!

My experience with Bob Valenti Chevrolet has been nothing more than pitiful and sad.
BOB VALENTI SUCKS and I will never refer them to anyone. They seem to only sell cars to make commission and wouldn't help me personally except to just give me the run around.
I purchased my 2022 Chevy Blazer in July of 2023.
All the problems started on December 23, 2023 when I went for an oil change before driving for the holidays (not at Valenti). I was shown there was no oil on my dipstick and with great shock took it to the dealership I bought it from to have the warranty cover this. The service department looked at it and confirmed a leak. Thankfully I was given a rental car but was called within two hours to be told they didn't know it needed a part they didn't have. They stated it was safe to drive out of state and bring it back January 2nd to have the work done.
January 2nd came around and I dropped it off to get fixed and three days later I received my car back with the issue being “fixed”
By April 26, 2024 There was an immense amount of oil in my garage. When I took it back to Valenti they confirmed another leak. I again got a call a few hours later to be told they didn’t realize they needed another part that they didn't have. This time I told them I didn't want to drive my vehicle with the issue. I had a rental car while they fixed the issue by the beginning of May.
Since the issue was “fixed” but I still didn't have faith in my newer vehicle. I checked the oil Mid July to be surprised it seemed my oil was lower then it should be. I figured to just get a good oil change at Valentis and have them check it. Surely there couldn't be anything wrong. It's been “fixed” twice. But yet again there was a leak and they couldn’t do anything because they didn't have the part. I was called and told this with a story that their part was on backorder for A MONTH.
Long story brought to an end here, I couldn't believe the ridiculousness Bob Valenti Chevrolet showed in their reliability. I needed another dealership to look at my car and help. Colonial Chevrolet in New London looked at my vehicle and assessed the situation in 8 days fixing the THREE leaks they found and somehow received this magical part that was on backorder.

I have purchased 17 vehicles from dealerships. This was hands-down, the best experience I’ve ever had. The sales team was excellent. Great experience, people were friendly, honest & transparent. Buying process was quick. When we walked in we knew the car we were interested in was priced lower than the other dealerships near by, they still were open to negotiating the price in order to make a deal. Definitely recommend speaking with Alexandra, she was a great help!!!

Service and parts department people are the best. I have two Chryslers 2007 and now a 2024. I’m thankful for these 2 departments that take good care me with my Vehicles. And you all care deeply on safety issues. Thank you for that.You all are why I stay with Bob Valenti and The best Salesmen I ever had that help me and my husband on concerns of the technology of deciding to buy a Pacifica 2024 was Rob Dickens in sales. Our Dodge 3500 dually 4wd went in for recall work / and DEF system repair - they had the truck over 25 days and never ordered the part . Would not return phone calls from service dept left over the course of 3 weeks. Eventually replaced the part - but never put the skid plate back on - and there was evidence of a joy ride . Specifically- branches stuck under the windshield wipers , missing , hub covers, and mud in the wheel wells.
If you need a reliable service dept Do yourself a favor and drive past this one .

Velenti’s is honestly the best, especially Brandon Mazuraitis over at Chevrolet! He makes everything easy and painless and was a pleasure to work with. Also Nancy in finance, is the best in the business. I Will be buying all my future cars from them for now on!

I bought a car from the Mystic location on a Saturday. Everyone from (Chris, Dan and Phil) was extremely nice and helpful.
The car I wanted to look at was ready for a test drive when I arrived for my appointment.
The salesman, Chris went over each feature with me.
Sat with Dan while the purchase order was being written up. I expressed how I wish I could take it that day. Dan made it happened. Next day I got a call from Chris to ask how things were going and if I had any questions regarding the car.
A few days later I went back to complete the paperwork and Phil handled that part.
From start to finish I didn’t feel rushed or pushed. It was a very relaxed non stressful experience. I would definitely recommend buying from them again. I know I will be.
