The customer service at this location is horrible!!! Everyone at the front desk is rude and the afterschool director doesn’t even do her job. Good for nothing

Make sure the director is around when you cancel; or that they don’t lose your cancellation form, or then they’ll tell you that they’re changing you for two more months!

The major section of the pool is always reserved for students and you will be in a lane with 4 more people with barely any place to swim.The staff also takes breaks at random time. I was asked to leave the pool between my swim. Disappointing Service!
