Victor is incredible, he handled our move in reservation over the phone, made the process smooth at check in and checked me in to the unit along with the movers. Victor did an incredible professional job and made the entire experience exceptional. Professional, kind, courteous and professional. Best experience I’ve had at a storage facility.
The premises is safe, looks new and spotless, the units are safe and secure. 9 ft ceilings to stack items. Fast elevators and several flat bed dolleys. There is an unloading bay for large trucks and makes it a seamless experience for the movers, with direct access to dolleys and elevators.
Overall excellent staff led by Victor and best in class facility. Moving isn’t always fun, Victor and the Westy team made it a lot better. Big thank you!

This is the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. Customer service is very responsive. I stored my things there for 5 years and cannot say enough good things about it.

A+ storage facility. Very clean. Lots of parking for loading/unloading into units. Very secure property. Units are clean and temp controlled. Prices are competitive. Easy access off I-95 or US-1. Highly recommended.

First rate storage facility. unlike other storage businesses which retrofit buildings, Westys designs and builds their own facilities for storage, and it shows in the details: wide and tall doors, hallways and elevators, very good lighting and climate control. CLEAN. excellent access from the front bays or loading docks in the rear. friendly and professional staff always available during business hours. I was a customer there for over a decade, and give them top marks. it’s not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality, security and service.

Like others who have left reviews, it is surprising how much I enjoy our trips to our storage locker! LolWhen we moved in, our movers were 90 minutes late for our unpack, resulting in us potentially not making it to storage prior to closing (and having to pay for our movers to store our items over night $$$). Victor stayed late to help us, even having to make childcare arrangements himself to accommodate us (we learned this after). We were so moved and grateful I can't begin to describe it. I saw Victor yesterday and realized I neglected to post a review in all of the craziness of moving so wanted to share today.Also, the storage facility looks like an art gallery and I even posted a photo on my Instagram when we saw it the first time! LolI highly recommend!
