I was told "only one customer in the vault at a time" so today I asked the staff to please have the other customer wait as I would only be 30 seconds and when I came out of the room there was another gentleman in the vault, no wonder they have such a bad rating for customer service

I would like to leave an excellent review due to the outstanding customer service provided to me today by Josefina Pistulli located at the Wells Fargo on 1211 High Ridge Rd, Stamford CT. She went far and beyond to provide excellent care to my needs today. She was corteous, kind, and understanding. She took extra time to assist with my request and did it with the best attitude. Her manager Tony was present at the time and participated in this excellent customer service. I highly recommend this branch to any current and future customer of Wells Fargo. This is an excellent example of what baking experience should be like and I will absolute consider doing business with Wells Fargo in the future after today's experience.

Horrible , Toni the manager is so not qualified She said my address was not listed and began to ask me ? To confirm my identity . Called customer service when I got in the car address was listed. She lied to me .

The staff at that branch are very nice to deal with. But the branch manager is another story. She caused me more grief told me she was going to call me about the problem that I had and I didn't hear from her that day and all she kept doing was giving me apologies. I've been dealing with this bank for over 25 years. I've never had such a problem like I had recently I was almost ready to change Banks and I am still thinking about it. The branch manager needs to go back to school if they have one to teach banking procedures information she gave me was not correct and she was very good at using stall tactics to get back to me. I will not deal with that branch anymore unless I really have to.

Nice staff, helpful asst. manager, rude branch manager who is also their staff notary public. So, experience will depend on the service you need and who you have to interact with.

The biggest scammers in WF. Remember that lawsuit — yup they did that here multiple times and. When caught they just laughed. Worst bankers ever! Also they abuse special needs recipients. It’s disgusting to see how they try to manipulate members that don’t understand what’s going on.Ask for a new debit card and they close an account and then open another. Yup… that makes sense.
