Customer service at this pharmacy is really bad!
They are rude, disorganized, always a problem .
They can’t find your prescription, when they find , they can’t find the medication. and always make you wait a long time .
Definitely they need better costumer service.

Worst experience ever. Waiting to pick up prescription, staff is arguing among themselves and not waiting on customers on line. When staff finally finishes their argument and start waiting on customers, they stop to answer their phone and walk away. I will more all my business to CVS

I will now be shopping at this location. A young lady was able to help with all my needs. So friendly, and a smile always on her face. If you need great service and looking for exactly what you need there is a lady with pink hair named Nina I believe, she is the absolute best. Thank you for your kind, gracious service and helping make this a great environment to shop in.

Terrible customer service. The phone system keeps you on hold for 20 minutes and then hangs up on you. I literally have to drive there to ask a question.

Pharmacist K Fatouh has TERRIBLE customer service this man took his frustration out on me because he was having trouble pulling my insurance from 3 other walgreens. i will Not be going back to this store.

Rude staff
Blames the mistakes they make on you the patient
Has miscounted and even mislabeled dosages and has a hundred excuses as to how they aren't at fault
Doesn't even begin to process the RX for days at a time in some cases
Simply lazy and incompetent

This was our go to pharmacy for years. Not anymore. Random closures during the week without notice. Prescriptions not filled or delayed for days. Out of stock with seemingly everything and no notifications. On hold for over an hour if you call. We will be transferring to an independent pharmacy.

This place has gone from bad to worse. Constant delays in filling prescriptions with no notification to patients. When you do ask questions they have a bad attitude. I was just too and I quote “patients keep coming in and yelling at us but we only have three people working”. Ummm if patients are frustrated you have a systemic problem that needs to be resolved. In switching pharmacies. Just awful.
