#Terrible customer serviceThis place is poor staff. Those who work there get angry when we need assistance, they see one needing help and they don't ask you if you need help, they don't care about anything, they are just running, doing nothing from one place to the other waiting for the departure time, especially the people who are at back at the FedEx location and photo printing. I'm not the type of person who complains about workers, I don't usually write bad reviews of anyone either, but in this place they never make you want to return, They should be fire those who work here and hire new staff, the people who work here are tired that's why they only come to do their hours but they don't want to work. I understand that some clients are a pain in the a*** and I understand that sometimes they have bad days. But they shouldn't be rubbish with people who come kindly asking for assistance since that's what they should do , that's why they work thereWhenever I come here I have a problem, especially with the guy who works there who speaks Spanish, he always carries a bad attitude. I speak Spanish and I spoke to him in Spanish today, and he didn't want to speak to me in Spanish only in English. He is always angry and if he doesn't like being asked for help, he should look for another job where no one talks to him.I give a star just because I need it to post this , but this places it's 000 stars.

Waited more then 30 minutes for the pharmacy to answer my phone call, I'm still on hold as I write this. That's really bad service.

Please hire more pharmacy workers. This is ridiculous. You need more staff. This is a busy city location you need more workers

The pharmacist are very helpful. However, the fact that I went today and it was closed without any notice, is unreal. This has happened before when they have closed early or opened late. I get that they have staffing shortages, but to close completely, with no direction from the store, or information on how to transfer, is not right. I had to waste and hour on the phone getting a prescription transferred because my family member needed it today.

You will never be able to buy what you need because everything is behind glass and manager will never come with keys as lines are out the door. Also drive through for pharmacy will never come to window even after ringing 3 times. Useless. Seriously useless

I have never been to this location when there has not been less than a 15 minute wait at the drive through window. Horrible service pandemic or not.

I have a love hate relationship with this Walgreens. It's conveniently located to our apartment and we can easily walk over there. This Walgreens is usually well stocked, though during these times, it's hard for companies to keep up with supply and demand. It's always clean and bright. The employees are usually nice except one evening, I came in and this employee was having a temper tantrum near the photo area, yelling out explicit language quite a bit. He didn't even stop when he noticed me (let alone, apologize). The reason for my 2 star rating is because of their photo area. I've had nothing but issues with them. The first time, I ordered my photos and payed for them online only for them to give my photos to someone else which meant I hate to wait another 30-40 minutes for me to prove that I in fact, did not pick up my photos nor authorize someone to do it for me. The second time, I ordered photos and a bamboo photo plaque. It took weeks and they still didn't print the photos out. I contacted corporate and they couldn't help me with the issue. Only that the bamboo photo frame is out of stock and they don't know when it will be back...but they sold it to me? So I purchased the photos for pickup and it wouldn't let me pay and it said photo order has been cancelled. So then my husband went in to get the photos and they didn't have them. BUT. I'm still getting emails to pick up my photos. It makes no sense. I will never use Walgreens Photo here again. My other complaint is to be careful with the flu shot area. I went to get my flu shot here and the cashier said "I'll give you a discount" because I didn't have insurance at the time. Then I signed paperwork and I was good to go. I was shocked that he gave me a discounted flu shot but at the same time, they're giving free COVID vaccines. Well, a few hours later, I got a call to come back and pay for my flu shot because they forgot to charge me. This place cannot get it together, that's for sure.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. The pharmacy is insanely slow, no one tends to the drive thru window, not even sure why it is there. Constant long lines to get prescription and rude staff. It doesn't matter if it's the morning, afternoon or night, I've tried going at all different time. As I am writing this, I have been in line almost 10 minutes, the guy working is on his phone, scrolling. Why not take the next person while the one at the register is waiting for her prescriptions? This happens every single time without fail. They only ever have one pick up window open. Calling? Forget it you'll waiting on hold about 10 minutes each time too. I have been coming here for 2 years because of my insurance, but believe me, I wish I didn't have to. This place needs new management.

During the pandemic, the covered drive-through has been a Godsend. There is rarely a car in front of me, and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for an attendant to come to the window. Just wish Walgreens had a drive through closer to my house.

Never ever get your passport photos here. They are beyond horrible. They take your picture with a phone and then photoshop it into a white background and charge $15. I had to retake my photos elsewhere, I couldn't have this disaster in my travel document.
