I will now be shopping at this location, as I had the best customer service. FRIENDLY, ALWAYS SMILING AND ASKING IF I NEED HELP. The lady with the pink hair is very helpful and really made this environment worth shopping in. If you need great, friendly service check this location out and ask for the sweetest young lady Nina. She will find exactly what you are looking for

Trying to speak to someone in the pharmacy is like trying to hit the lottery. Waited over a half hour to speak to someone and when the finally picked up, I was cut off. Customer Service is an oxymoron.

I’ve been a pharmacy customer for years, recently the pharmacy has forgotten to fill two differentprescriptions and most recently the pharmacy was closed without notifying customers that relied on their medications. So disappointed. I had to go to CVS.

Horrible. Understaffed. Random closing without notice Stay away!Surgeon called in pain meds for after surgery. Pharmacy closed early night before. Stopped by before surgery to find sign that pharmacy hold be closed all dayOther Walgreens would not fill prescription as controlled substances can n ok t be transferred

I am very surprised by all the terrible, awful reviews. Yes, they have made mistakes on our Rxs, but the staff has always been polite and courteous.i say this despite the fact that many customers blame them for their Dr's errors. Once our regular orders get straightened out I will update my review to 4 stars. The front of store folks really need training.

Horrible. The phone number provided is not a direct number to the stamford, ct pharmacy. You connect with FL customer service. They are useless.

Cecy Wang the "pharmacist" at Walgreens is unprofessional piece of garbage. Walgreens pharmacy will Text, Call and Email you that the prescription is ready but every time I go to pick a medication up its not ready. I show the pharmacist the email etc and I get "its not my problem" Then why all of the notifications ???My insurance no longer uses CVS so I tried Walgreens, what a joke they are. We have been using then for 6 months and every time we go there is a problem. CVS would call if there is a issue with a prescription, not Walgreens.They will tell you that the prescription is not ready when you get there for whatever reason. Cecy Wang should be FIRED.

Very frustrated with Walgreens! They have trouble keeping Pharmacist and they close early and I have a hard time getting my medication! Why is this happening so much!!! Horrible! I am looking to go somewhere else this is ridiculous!

I once loved Walgreens, but this one is one of the worst that I have ever experienced. They seem to always have staffing issues and are short a pharmacist. This makes it difficult for me to pick up my medications and it has become very frustrating. I should have switched my Pharmacy a lot sooner, but I kept telling myself things happen and it will get better. Unfortunately, it hasn't gotten better. I even called yesterday to make sure they were going to be open and open until 9 pm whoever I spoke with in the Pharmacy said they would be open until 9 pm. I got there at 4:30 pm and guess what they were closed. I told the cashier upfront about what I was told and she said that she didn't know why I was told that because they all knew they were closing at 4 pm because they no longer have a nighttime pharmacist. I switched to CVS today. I need my asthma medicine and can't wait any longer for them to get themselves together.

I have used this location of Walgreens for over 10 years. The employees seem friendly after you break their shells. It’s inventory levels have always been suspect and Covid just exasperated the situation. Recently the pharmacy has just closed for no reason sometimes for days on end. As a lifelong patient I need access to my medications and I have been forced into going to other locations to fill them. Now to say that is inconvenient is an understatement. I would truly appreciate someone from Walgreens to reach out to me and at least explain the situation? Just close the location and tell me I need to go across town to pick up my meds but to continually give horrible attention to your customers is unacceptable. A truly disappointed Customer.

They just decide to close out of nowhere. Extremely unprofessional and downright dangerous for customers who may need an emergency medication. The people who work there are vile too!

Horrible!!!!! I would give it a ZERO if I could. I paid for a prescription over the phone, and when I showed up in the back of the store to pick it up, the girl behind the counter told me I needed a bar code to verify it. She wouldn’t look up my info, and was stuffing her face tortilla chips. Thank goodness there was an educated Pharmacist on hand to help me…..?
