I can’t say enough good about the people working at the Camp Ave post office. I had a priority package very late containing an important medication….. the supervisor, not only followed up himself to locate but followed up with me constantly to make sure that it was received as fast as possible. Everyone was kind and pleasant, and they deserve the same in return!!

Wanted to share how great Roland and team at the USPS-Camp Avenue location are. They helped me track down a package and find it within 24 hours in their system. Their communication, via phone and email, was second to none in terms of customer service. Thank you again USPS!

This was the worst post office I have gone to. I schedule an appointment at 1:45 for my son's passport. We waited in line and the lady at the front desk told us to step aside and wait for the line to move so we can wait for my son's passport. Her name is Joanna she told us that she was clocking out at 2:00 and told us she was the only one that was available for a renewed passport picture. The time of my appointment already passed. I asked her if she can help us she preceded to ignore us. Once I came up to the front desk the supervisor told us that she was going to wait and do my son's passport, but she never told us. She proceeded to yell at me and give me an attitude. That lady should be fired for talking to me in a disrespectful tone and keeps going back and forth...meanwhile, I had to leave work and pull my son out of school just to wait 20 minutes for no help from Joanna.

They lost my important letter and there is no accountability.After almost 3 weeks of back and forth with USPS, lost mail claim submitted, an employee from Camp Ave called me, she started off with an attitude and blaming it all on me. She stated I had an incorrect address listed with them, while I had my letter scanned by Informed Delivery, where the address was clearly correct and there were no mistakes. She had that condescending tone, as if I was a kid. Eventually, she said she would look for letter and call me back, she never did. Then I received an email from USPS “your case was resolved”. Lol.

Last night we went there and the parking lot lights were not on, it can be dangerous. So they need to add more lighting so it can be safe.
