Whoever opens for this location is always late. I live down the road and like to come here before work to drop items. I am here now standing outside with another women and the door is locked. This has happened to me 3 other times between 9 and 9:30 over the last two months. Multiple people pull in and stand outside hoping someone will unlock door and no one comes. If you have to go to this location don’t come in the morning. Now there are three people standing outside… Unreliable

I don't believe this branch is staffed by anyone. It's either an elaborate birdhouse or a psychological experiment. Waited almost an hour after the posted opening time of 9am, still no one there to open the place.

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. The worst usps office I’ve ever been. They are rude, unprofessional and don’t help at all, after they have lost my package. One of them can barely speak and understand English. Try to go somewhere else, to avoid to lose your package.

I have found this location to be friendly and efficient every time I've gone in there. Even when it's been crowded, the staff moved through the line well.

On September 13, 29 and October 5, 2022. I went to drop items for ship to the office located at 370 Hope street, and I was attended by an African American woman (Clerk 28 says on my receipts) who never answered my greeting, her way of attending is very rude, if you do not like your job why not do it change? What do superiors do to improve this public service? despite the fact that this office is around the corner from my house, I already feel afraid to go there.

The “old African American lady” was extremely pleasant and helpful. Even with a long line, she worked through it quickly and helped my friend and I tape and ship our package. Looking forward to seeing her again.

02/22/2021. I went three times to this location. 9 AM , 10 AM and 11 AM. They're supposed to open at 9 AM. Outer door is locked, no one inside, not even a notice on the door. According to the internet they are "open". How exactly are we supposed to get our mail from our PO boxes when we can't even get in because those who work at that location decide not to show up for work and no one could be bothered to put up a notice on the door? This location's customer service and credibility are plummeting like a sinking submarine.
