“Hi I recently moved from White Plains New York to Stamford Connecticut. I am so happy I found Universal auto Sale and repair Miguel is amazing and always works with me I have three cars and he worked on all three I have a BMW and Mercedes and the Chrysler Pacifica and I will recommend this place to everybody. I recently took my car to MIDAS and I was told that I need a starter a battery a serpentine belt and the engine mouth. Gave me a ridiculous price of almost $3000. I want to Universal auto sales and repairs Carmelo diagnosed the car called me and told me that all I needed was my starter and the motor mounts and he recommends a tuneup. Never will I ever go to any other place I strongly recommend save some money and go to Universal auto sales and repair and ask for Carmelo!!”

“This is a great shop, Jen in the front office was so kind. My 2013 BMW X5 35i was leaking coolant pretty badly, I called Jen and was able to drop my vehicle right off. It needed a water pump, and we decided it makes sense to replace the thermostat. They repaired it quickly and for a great price. Thank you Jen and Freddy! I am returning to take care of some other issues this week. Great trustworthy shop...thats hard to find.Service: Engine repair”

Process was straight forward as far as paperwork is concerned.Considering we needed a car and the registration etc was not ready, Ed offered to provide us with dealer plate while he and his team work on the registration process.When all was set, he offered to drive to my house due to scheduling conflict to deliver and install the plates.
