I am so happy I found Universal auto Sale and repair Miguel is amazing and always works with me I have three cars and he worked on all three I have a BMW and Mercedes and the Chrysler Pacifica and I will recommend this place to everybody. I recently took my car to MIDAS and I was told that I need a starter a battery a serpentine belt and the engine mouth. Gave me a ridiculous price of almost $3000. I want to Universal auto sales and repairs Carmelo diagnosed the car called me and told me that all I needed was my starter and the motor mounts and he recommends a tuneup. Never will I ever go to any other place I strongly recommend save some money and go to Universal auto sales and repair and ask for Carmelo!!”

“I purchased an Infiniti QX30 Sports and it is gorgeous. This was the best experience that I’ve ever had in purchasing a car. Charlie and Ed did everything to make sure I was ok. I was asked questions to help me decide if this was the car I really wanted and I did not at anytime feel like I was being sold a car. It is a used car and there were 2 things wrong, which was what happens with used cars and they were fixed immediately. “I have never had such an amazing experience at a mechanic. Freddy offers a reasonable price with excellent service. My car unexpectedly broke down and he was able to fix it right away for me. His diagnosis includes a full problem list of things found wrong with the vehicle, and Jennifer was kind enough to patiently explain things I didn't understand to me. I told the shop there were parts of the car I was looking to work on myself, which they completely understood and were happy to do the projects I needed. Freddy is genuine, kind, and truly a fair buisnessman, which is pretty much impossible to come by this day and age. It was such a privilege to give him my business and to be rewarded with fair pricing and a trusting relationship because of it. When all other shops in the area overcharge customers simply because they can, Freddy stays true to offering a fair price and providing excellent service. If I lived in the area, I would not go anywhere else. I can't say enough positive about this shop.”
