The employees here are awful, rude, unwilling to help and have no patience with people. One older man with white hair in particular should not work in customer service. He never has a smile, he can care less about your needs or his job. I was having trouble figuring out my return and he was extremely impatient and rude. I actually was in tears after leaving that store. I will NEVER go to this location again and have told my family and friends to avoid this location at all costs.

I went to drop off a return from Tik Tok Shop and an older man that attended us said with a rude tone that I have to package and label the item and that they don’t do that. He was just very rude… I always go there to do returns but not anymore. The UPS store on 1127 High Ridge Rd were kind enough to look at the QR code and took the return. Unlike the older man who always has a rude tone… and it’s every single time i go there.

My mother and I went to the UPS store due to my mail not showing up for 4 days because my latch was and is still broken at my complex. We decided to pay for a mailbox and it was quick and easy they just need your ID, copy of your rent lease and rental insurance coverage. If theft is happening where you are please invest in getting a mailbox.

I received some pants in the mail and they didn’t fit. Before I went to this UPS store I thought I’d call and ask if they would take a usps return. They said , yes. The only issue is I won’t get a receipt for it. It’s close to my house and it’s raining so I went for the convenience. I was in a long line and they finally got to me and said; “We can’t do that here. You have to go to the post office”. I politely told them I called before I came. Then they were like..alright we’ll do it. The UPS store should not advertise that they will take in USPS returns if they don’t. Mixed communication and unnecessary conversation to have, if you do it all. It ended with them doing the right thing, but it should have never gotten to that point

I have tried to use this store, the recommended shipper for the local auctionhouse. Never answer their phone… very slow email response and the responses received are off topic and almost scripted. I use UPS a regularly and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Used a different shipper due to this experience.

I have never had any issues at this location until today I don’t know if the employee was having a bad day but he was extremely rude and had no type of customer service. Once he scanned my box and said I had purchase one to send my return I told him I wasn’t aware I had to to that thought I was charged for it already he then goes “are you getting a box or not” so I tell him hold on (there was no one in the store while he was rushing me) why the attitude? He tells me I have an attitude and he’s “not dealing with this today find another register” I always found the employees always friendly over there. He is definitely not someone who should be representing the company if he is bringing his personal life into work. Hopefully he’ll be able to “deal” with customers who have much serious matters.

I had to have numerous documents notarized and was nervous about the whole process.The employees were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store for notary service.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a UPS store. I walked in and to be honest I didn’t see the sign that says wait here. Employee at the desk doesn’t want to be there and takes it out on customers. All he does is gestures and when asked to speak he says he doesn’t have to. He scanned my QR code and threw the receipt in my general direction and said bye. When i complained about it the manager comes around and says he’ll handle his employees I shouldn’t worry about it. Awful experience all around.

Generally staffed by efficient staff. Parking in the lot is very tight & can be congested. Avoid during lunchtime.
