Absolutely unprofessional and unwelcoming. I wanted to purchase some products here but I was unable to focus with the staff constantly breathing down my neck and with their piercing gazes wherever I go. I do not expect to come back or recommend that anyone come here.

These people really think that people come into their store to steal!!! If you have to continue to follow and watch everything that your customers are doing then you need to pack up and go!!! There's no business without customers!

They’re very rude and racist, and act like they don’t even want you in their store. The minute I walked into their store, they didn’t even allow me to look around without them asking me questions about what I need and checking to see what I had in my pockets. Not to mention the lady directly told me to not even worry about some hair because she assumed it was to expensive for me to afford. Please don’t waste your time or give these people your money, just poor poor service

Let me tell you something. Ive been dealing with two brother for over 15 years and ive never had an issue with them. But the ONE THING that PISSES me off to the max is the fact that it is 9:11 am and they are NOT OPEN! I think that is so RUDE and INCONSIDERATE! You are running a supply store that is suppose to open at 9:00, and they just stroll in whenever they want. Blaming Traffic! For 15+ years......leave earlier. Its so rude to have people standing at your door waiting for you to open. Not mention the times i had no transportation and had walk i love with yall tho!

I try not to spend my money here too much ijust go here because its convenient when I really need something. I just wish that we start making our own businesses and stop giving these people our money because they always treat us like criminals when we walk in their stores.

Never going back to this store again. I don't care if it's the closest one near me. The cashier is racially insensitive. She mocked an African language (Yoruba) from a song that they were playing, in their store that caters to a mostly black demographic and acted like she was having a seizure. When I respectfully called her out on it, she acted like she had no idea. Once I told her what she did can be offensive to some people, and if someone did and said that to mock her language, she would be offended. Sounded like she didn't care. Also, the employees only stopped following people around the store once they hired a darker Indian woman. At this point you guys deserve to go out of business, or take a class on racial sensitivity if you're going to be catering to a black audience in the middle of Stamford.

Great store compared to others.Staff are knowledgeable and polite not racist to melinated/black people like the others foreignand caucasian owned places.They been around for decades and have locations statewide I learned since I'm new here but Growing up the 2 Brothers in my city had EVERY PRODUCT AND HAIR ASSESORY YOU CAN THINK OF!Best place ands down for little girl barrette

The owners are anti black and anti Latin. They are not ashamed to show it either!! They follow my gf & I around the store. I Am light Latina, my gf is black. We tried going separately to see if they're targeting one of our demographics. But it was the same treatment when we are together or apart. They are extremely rude and have absolutely no customer service skills. Their attitude is they are doing the customers a favor and they are obviously not concerned about competition. It was an awful and humiliating shopping experience. The woman who owns the shop is obviously hostile and has disdain for the customers, who she cannot refrain from demeaning or talking about in her first language. I just moved to Stamford and I need to get my supplies locally. I found a beauty supply on Main Street that is Black owned and appreciates my business. I am beyond thankful because I refuse to give this establishment any money. They can go to hell in a hand basket. I am speaking life into my desire and request for the end of their parasitic existence and for life into their opps. I speak life into a movement to make it impossible for them to establish themselves in any black or brown community. I ask my ancestors to assist in providing these parasites with the first hand understanding of what it means to provide and and serve the community where their customers reside. I ask for them to gain intimate knowledge and understanding of what it is like to to finance an institution that holds contempt for them.

They only thing they care about is getting your money! When you spend over $40 dollars and they can't provide a bag for your items this is just sad. I never went back.
