they ruined completely ruined a simple battery replacement! my boyfriend came for a simple battery replacement on a invita that requires a 371 battery. he took the moteor out of the entire watch, pulled the crown out, and lost the hands to the watch! completely ruined the watch.. my $1,000 watch is worthless now. never ever take your watches here. i don't even know what he was doing removing the motor from the watch as everyone knows the battery is easily accessible from the back.

If you care about your watch, do not take it to this place. This guy do not have proper tools and skills to take care of your watch. He is very rough and forceful with the watch and scratched mine in multiple spots. He also damaged several bolts in the bracelet with the cheap screw driver he uses. Also be aware that the price he gave to you is subject to change in the middle of the job. "If you want to remove an additional link that will be additional charge "..... This is a place run by a shady person. I feel sorry for my watch.

I bought an expensive watch here, and when it broke in a relatively short time the company was absolutely unresponsive. Literally unresponsive. I called wrote and emailed from my location out of town, and did not get any response at all. Would not recommend.

DO NOT COME here they try to scam you. Came here for a simple link removal. Guy said $25 and 30 mins because it is complicated. I came back 5 mins later trying to get the watch back realizing that $25 was way to high. Guy says he is almost done. As I question why it took so fast for a "complicated" watch he immediately gave me a discount. Do not understand why I had to bargain to get a fair price. An establishment at a mall should be set prices, not just based on how gullible you are (which I was at the time).

Do not buy from this place. Prices are very expensive. They are crooks - after a sale they change and refuse to account, donate customers and are rude to customers. Go to Macy's or a real retailer that appreciates customers.

I was told by Macy's where I bought my watch to go here to get the batteries replaced. He charged the same as any jeweler but he ruined both watches. He must have hammered them too hard because the fixtures on the faces of the watches came loose rendering them useless. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!! Go to a reputable jewlers. Suchi's on High Ridge Rd. is good with watches.

Simply put, this was a terrible experience. Rude employees - and not just snotty or abrupt, but belligerent and nasty. Worse, I brought in my Swiss Army Watch for a simple battery replacement and they managed to break the date feature. When I saw that it was broken and told them that it had been working fine before I brought it there, they told me they would fix it for $150. I would strongly suggest you never do business at this establishment - you have much better options in the vicinity.

If you care about your watch don't take it here. This place is horrible. I took them a brand new Bulova watch to have it sized. It was a Christmas present for goodness sakes. The watch was so new I didn't even want to take it out of the box for fear of messing it up. While sizing it they scratched it! Deep grooves. First of all it took him less than 2 minutes to take out 4 links. 30 seconds to take out a 5th. No level of care with a valuable time piece, no time or dedication in their craft (oh wait the guy has no "craft" or skill to speak of. This place sells out of date, over priced watches on top of the fact their customer service is more akin to a fast food chain than a fine jewelery shop). At the end of their 'service' it looked like the wrist band had met a brillo pad. When I brought it to his attention he said, I didn't touch those links. I'd offer to replace the ones that are scratched but i can't. there are no pins there. i didn't even touch those links. looks like the watch has been worn. In my utter shock and disbelief I said, well why would anyone sell me a used watch? He had the nerve to say, I don't know, but looks like someone wore it. I was incensed because he insinuated that I had done that... me... the person who wouldn't touch the watich with the pads of my fingers so that it wouldn't get a fingerprint on it...right... me... I told him that I did not hand him the watch in that condition. It was brand new and I hadn't worn it yet. He said, I didn't do that, rolled his eyes and walked away. (WWJD!!)...I paid $16 to have my watch serviced, not ruined. He didn't even offer to polish it. Examined it under the light and said yup, looks like 'someone' messed it up. I will never ever, ever go back to this place and I highly recommend if you value your jewelry don't go there either. Terrible, horrible service, cheap and not worth a dime.
