The leasing office were rude after you sign the lease. They are dishonest and charge all kinds of fees for using free common places. Avoid this place.

The absolute rudest people. My husband was checking out apartments in the area and he asked to step inside for a little bit due to it raining heavily. He was treated with contempt and disregard by the front desk staff. Utterly lacking in respect, manners, and basic compassion for a fellow human being. Will never be renting here. Whatever they are charging is obviously not worth it if their employees treat people like this.

I live at wescott and I absolutely love it! The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Jerry and Alicia. The building is a bit old but the management has been renovating everything so nicely.
Also the apartments are huge!

My experience with the Wescott has been up and down.. But the overall place is a nice place to live.. Since Myla has taken over things are running smooth.. her door is always open for communication and she’s very helpful with solving issues.. My biggest problem is the pet hair that is left in the machines after the residents with dogs, decides to wash and leave it. I wish they would have more consideration for the people who don’t have pets .. Other than that I will recommend people to live here.. Beautiful area to be in near Downtown Stamford..

I have been living at the Wescott for over 4 years and it has been improving significantly since myla has become part of management. Myla communicates with tenants verbally and through email promptly. Myla as well as jerry has tended to a majority of my request. Jerry is very knowledgeable of the property and can explain or answer any request.
Tony who is the regional supervisor from my knowledge has turned the Wescott around with new renovations and upgrades with a formidable network team. The Wescott has been good to me and has continued to be . Thanks AJH MANAGEMENT

I been leaving at the wescott for 5 years.The building has changed a lot for the last past two years ,Seen Myla been at the building manager and Zev the assistant manager. The maintenance staff are super great. The cleaning ladies work so hard to keep the building nice and clean.I highly recommend to stop by at the wescott and speak to Jerry he is great with his job !!! And the most important great concierge service.

Worst living experience of my life! Pictures say it all! Absolute nightmare! They allowed me to break my lease cause they are COMPLETELY AWARE OF THE INFESTATION!!!!!
