I have been living in this building for almost 2 years now and I want to say this is the best apartment building in Stamford. And what makes it best is not just the amenities offered , or the apartments itself, it’s the responsiveness of the management. The management here is so good, and the take care of anything raised promptly.
Also they take care of the building so well. Everything is updated/ renovated timely making the building look always new.
And our building engineer Miguel is the highlight of this building. He is extremely helpful and is always just a call away for anything we need to get fixed or for any of our question's or concerns. would give one extra star for him. :)) .

I’ve lived at 750 for a few years now. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Miguel and the maintenance staff tackle any issue professionally and with care.

Adam from the leasing office showed me this place on a walk-in basis. The application was a breeze and I just moved in today. The location is fantastic and the community is clean and well-managed. I also got a great frontier internet deal from the building that Adam helped arrange.

My wife and I have been resident at 750 Summer Street for the past 3 years. During this timeframe , we experienced a lot of change from ownership group , management, and maintenance. I can honestly say that the past two years the management group (Chris Douglass previous manager ) and the (current manager Adam Randall) are customer/tenant focus. Each experience has been positive so far. Any question or concern is addressed immediately. Also, our Maintenance Manager, Miguel, is the best . Never says no. ALWAYS will to help and go above and beyond . Even on his off hours , he will address whatever issues we’re experiencing. I can’t say enough about the staff extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient .
Lastly, I appreciate the ownership group reinvesting in the property. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The choice to move into this building was a good one. The amenities, and the staff are outstanding. To name two individuals that have been incredible with their help and efforts are Adam and Miguel. Adam has been so genuine and honest, he knows everything about the building and is always happy to help, and Miguel has been so helpful and generous. I recommend this building not only for the space but for the kind staff!

750 Summer Street has been an amazing place to call home. The Location, Management, Amenities and Daily Staff all make 750 Summer Street Top Notch. Miguel has been awesome when it comes to handling any minor issues I have had an in timely fashion. Thank you to all who make 750 Summer Street an amazing place.

Between the restaurants and local activities, there’s a lot of things to do without needing to travel far. Not only is the neighborhood great but so is the building. The building manger was a major reason we decided to move here in ‘22. She was very welcoming and warm. The building is well maintained by the team but if any issues do occur Miguel is very responsive and quick to address.
My time here has been comfortable and really wonderful. My family and I are quite happy with our choice.

I have lived here for 4 months. I absolutely love the location. It is walkable to all downtown spots and the train station. The building is great with many amenities. My favorite might be the free fancy coffee in the common area.
The management company has been great and very responsive. Ron, the head of the management company, called me on my move in day to make sure my move went smoothly and see if I needed anything.
Lastly, Miguel, the building engineer is so helpful! I had a beeping smoke detector in the middle of the night and he came to help me out. Since I’ve moved in, I’ve had a number of small requests and he is always happy to assist and there is never a delay. I am so thankful he is in the building and so responsive!

I have no complains! It’s a great place to live.The new guy in the leasing office is very friendly.The maintenance supervisor Miguel is AWSOME!Anytime he sees the residence he stops to say hello and makes sure everything is good. If there’s a emergency in the building he’s the first you see.no matter what time it is.you can always rely on Miguel.The property is well taking care of.Always clean.I recommend if you looking for a place to live.this will be the perfect spot.EVERYONES so friendly

Great management team, Jonathan Nova was particularly helpful showing the apt and answering all the questions. Nice and quiet building with not so many apartments.

750 summer st apartments is hands down an amazing place to live. Not only are the apartments spacious and clean, but the management who runs it are half the reason I moved in. Adam the property manager really made me feel welcomed and had such a helpful energy with every part of the process. Miguel the handyman was so quick to help with any issue and was quick with every maintenance request no matter how small. I will be living here for as long as I can.

Me and my roommate recently moved into 750 summer street and we could not be happier. The property manager Adam and Miguel made the moving process so easy and they have been able to help us by answering any questions we both had. The two of them along with this property being beautiful and being located near downtown really helped us make the decision to choose 750 summer street.
