Denise Rosato is the ultimate real estate professional! When I asked her to rent my home, she enthusiastically assisted me. She went "above and beyond" - even helping me fix a problem area in the kitchen. The property looked fantastic when we finished with it so I said "why don't we see if we can sell it ?" To my surprise, she found a buyer with excellent financing! Elegant staging props were placed to enhance the listing. The property photos were gorgeous ! The offer was exactly what I wanted & negotiations were a breeze. The entire process went smoothly. It was the least stressful real estate transaction I've had in years. Excellent communication & very helpful with all aspects of the process. Highly recommend!

I have done several transaction with Denise, and she always goes way beyond the call of duty in getting a deal done. On one transaction, we had to perform a ton of work for the buyer as part of the deal, and Denise practically become the project manager for the work. she recommended trade people, and oversaw their work when i could not be there. i could not thank her enough for everything she did for me!!
