I was not very happy the way they did their mulch pick up this year. Once you pick up you have a very small spot to turn around in. I saw one guy have a total melt down. Another cursed the employee out. I know next year I’ll go back to the Norwalk one!

Very specific complaint...this store very often runs out of propane. There is no way of knowing short of going inside and asking. Of course, by then, you have lugged the empty from your car up to the outside propane storage area, just to then have to lug it back to your car.

Rental dept manager the worst. 1st we had to spend 2 hours there while they tried to get trailer ready. When you send crew there and 1/3 day lost should be credited. Then machine a mess! Then it broke down. We tried to get credit and mgr told us no. This blow my mind because machine broke down which they fix same day but again loss of productivity for a day. Plus when you add up other lost time trying to get equip more $ lost. So so angry over this. I tried complaint to store manager not one call back. Then spoke to ast mgr again said he would call back nothing. Store is obvious run very poorly. Will take our issue now to corporate level. Don't rental equip there go to United rentals around the corner.

Horrible return policy and you do not allow your employees to use common sense. How can people expect to read receipts with different return policy for different items. Horrible service. Won’t return here any more.

Very dissatisfied…. I ordered flooring and specifically told them to drop it in the upper driveway. When they came, they never rang the bell and went to a lower driveway left my stuff in the rain without ever ringing the bell. How do I get a pallet 150 feet away inside when you’re just a woman, very dissatisfied. Will never use Home Depot again.
