I had the best experience today with the following associates: Orel, Khanera and and Shanice. They are all kind and service oriented and made the process of opening a credit card and purchasing a bathroom shelves very pleasant.

Great associate who was extremely helpful and fun and could spit some sick bars, but unfortunately one of my blinds must have been returned but not checked properly and was missing the install bracket thingies ("hardware box" on right if top package) so I have to make a very long journey back.

While asking for help in electrical , I was told that I would have to go to electrical.

Have been coming to this location for it's the closest to my home. Went to get some dimmers and noticed they had a rug sale at a tent in their parking lot. We went to take a look. After about 15 minutes a man who did not have any identifiers as a Home Depot employee aka no orange smock or ID, started to scream at us you can't look at rugs like this. We had been folding the rugs in half so we may see the ones underneath. Without warning he started to put them back punching my hand in the pile. He then proceeded to fold the rugs on half in the other direction and say see this is how it's done. I will do this for you. We left

Today I came to rent on this place and they didn’t what I need it. They have the chain mashing, but they don’t rent it if you don’t have helmet I don’t know what else, I just need for something simple. But they didn’t rent it. Because they did not have the other equipments. Waist my time going to this place. Suck a bad place to rent it. The guys were nice and kind. But they don’t have what you need. Long trip for nothing.

I ordered an online order, what I received was a used and opened product, most likely returned by someone else.
The shipping labels look like they were reused from another shipment.
We call customer service and they only answer you, say good morning and throw the phone away.
