We lives in this apartment for 2 years and loved it. Great location, atmosphere and easy communication with the management. Had to move to a different location but will miss this apartment very much!

I have absolutely loved living at the BLVD! Everyone working here is so amazing and helpful.We recently had some issues with another building in Stamford but Randy, the property manager at the BVLD, really saved us. He was so helpful and quick to get us moving in, even showing us an apartment at 9pm! Any issue we have ever had he is always just a text or email away.It is very clear that everyone that works at the BLVD, especially Randy, cares about the community. On the first nice day of summer last year Randy went out of his way and provided drinks on the rooftop for all the tenants and has even created a softball team for the building! He is so involved in the building and really knows what’s going on at all times. He has truly made the BLVD feel like home and I could not imagine living anywhere else!

Lived at The BLVD for two years and had a great experience the entire time. The staff is friendly and resident-first with their mentality. The apartments are sizable and competitive for the area with plenty of kitchen and closet space. The amenities are a nice boost, especially the gym (with Peloton bikes) and rooftop lounge. It was tough to say goodbye!

Friends, take my advice, there are many apartments in the same price range in Stamford, don't choose this one. This one has the worst property management I have ever encountered. Randy, the manager, will answer your emails depending on his mood. I didn't receive my deposit for 3 months after I returned the lease. It took a month of emails to get back to me telling me where to pick up my deposit. But whenever you have something to ask Randy, you basically can't get a reply from him within 3 days. Last but not least, don't choose this apartment!

I really wish the owner could make it easier for delivery drivers to find the building. Sometimes it takes an extra half hour to get my food because they have to make a U-Turn and find the parking lot. It is somewhat hidden. Other than that it’s great here.

Renting at the Blvd was our best decision ever! Randy, the property manager, really made sure all of his tenants were happy in their homes. He helped us out several times during our stay in the building. Besides him being a great manager, he also created a softball team of people living at the Blvd. Being from a different country, this was a perfect opportunity to connect with other people while doing something fun, so I thank Randy for that! Kaitlyn, from the leasing office on property, is the first person you see when you walk in. It's always nice to have a chat with her. She does an amazing job and helps to grow the Blvd community. Mike, the maintenance manager, fixed all of our technical or appliance problems within a day, making sure none of these 'problems' became an inconvenience for us. Something I also really liked in the Blvd was the cleanliness. Cleaners came to vacuum every single day! As for the common areas; we enjoyed the free coffee in the lounge room in the morning, we loved the pool table (and so did our friends) and the cherry of the building, the roof, made it feel like we lived in a resort. We're sad to leave (career opportunities in a different state), but we're glad we were able to live in such a nice, and well taken care of, apartment building.

I have had an amazing experience living here. From the very beginning when visiting for a tour, Kaitlyn, the leasing agent, was so helpful, friendly, and genuine. Even after I signed the lease, Kaitlyn continued to answer any questions I had and remembered personal details about me that made me feel I was not 'just another tenant'. Randy, the property manager, is also very responsive and ensures at all times his tenants are happy. He works very hard to make sure your concerns are heard and that the apartment complex is spotless!

My wife and I had a fabulous experience living at The BLVD. The team is top notch. The Property Manager, Randy, is always working to make the community a better place and goes the extra mile to help you. He even set up a building softball team, which was a lot of fun and really made it feel like a community. The Service Manager, Mike, has always been extremely helpful and responsive to any issues and always follows up to make sure things are taken care of. Kaitlyn in the leasing office is always there to help with any questions or needs and is very professional. The building is the cleanest building I’ve ever lived in, which speaks to the skills of the custodial staff. And The BLVD has a great overall vibe - fun and trendy - with a really nice rooftop and lounge. It’s centrally located 2 blocks from Bedford St. and walkable to the train station. I highly recommend this community!

Not knowing anyone in Stamford when I moved to the city from Massachusetts, the BLVD has blown me away with the community it embodies. From hello's in the elevator to meeting residents on the roof top, everyone is extremely friendly. The building team of Randy, Kaitlyn, and Mike are very responsive to needs and constantly asking for resident feedback and suggestions for the building.

A great place to call home. Just moved in 3 months ago and I’m loving everything about this place. Everyone's friendly. Management is awesome. The amentaties are great (lounge, weight room, Roof top). Highly recommend for those who are in search of an apartment in the downtown area.
