I have a few cars and have been bringing them here for service for many years. I have never had to bring a car back because it was not fixed properly and I always feel that I am treated fairly. It is nice when you find a place you can trust. Recommended.

I have never had major work done here, but they have fixed flat tires, batteries and headlights for our family. They have always been polite, fast and fair priced. I wish they were open a little later, but I get them having to close earlier in the area they are in.

Friendly and efficient service. Walked in on a Saturday morning for an emissions test. Asked an associate if they did emissions as I walked towards garage - he replied yes and asked for keys on the spot and immediately pulled the car into the bay and began testing while I made payment. A few minutes later, he drove the car out with the results on the dash and opened the door for me to drive away. Why can't every business run this efficiently?

Honest, dependable and knowledgeable! Can't ask for more! Never says "I can" when they can't and has a great list of referral sources as dependable as they are. The staff is courteous and helpful. Would recommend them with a five star rating! Fred

Good hours, friendly, always helpful, convenient location. I had a flat tire and they fixed it right away: about 20 minutes to get it plugged and back on the car. Price was super reasonable.

Pulled into gas station lastnight because I had a flat tire. I began to jack my car up to install my spare. Gas attendant came over to ask me what I was doing. I explained. He said sorry but my manage doesnt allow anyone to change their tires here. Manager was there and spoke to him. Told me to leave the property If i was going to change my tire. That I should park else where to do this. My tire iron was broken so I needed assitance. I offered to pay for them to change the tire. He said we close at 5. It was 6:20. They were still open. Told me to put air in the tire and drive elsewhere. Air in a tire with a hole in it? His answer I dont know what to tell you. He said its a liablity issue. I said ok. Didnt move my car. Called Triple A. They were there in 20 minutes. Changed my tire at the gas station. Preceded with my 1 hour commute. Thanks for the hospitality Long Ridge Service. BTW while waiting for Triple A, the manager kindly helped someone else to changed there tail light. I guess he didnt like me. Whats unfortunate was that my tire iron was broken. Because I would have enjoyed seeing what the manager was going to do if I continued to change my tire. Call the authorities and say that someone is fixing their flat, please help?
