Will never use again. After years of TurboTax I tried an "expert". He was more money, very hard to work with and doesn't get back to his clients. He is unresponsive. Took my money and didn't do taxes correctly and can't be reached. I've been trying to contact him for weeks and has completely gone radio silent. Now I am stuck and having to pay someone else to takeover.

Super rude. Another company charged me $200 and he charged me $10k. And just the way he went about it was wrong.
