3/24/24, did you rehire all of the clowns that you fired? Explain how a drink takes 20 minutes to prepare, and still not ready when I get there.Why does this location get to make up it's own rules, and not follow proper closing times?If you don't mind walking through the cancer smoke gang, trying to get to your drink/food, it's a good location. Back story: before the renovation, a group of old dudes would post up inside playing dominoes or something seemingly 24/7. Now, they took away their big tables inside, so they play/loiter right outside entrance, smoking cigarettes/cigars all day. You have to walk through the cloud of cancer to get inside. Very annoying. I would say go through the drive-thru, but that line gets stupid long, and you annoy the people trying to get to the pet shop.I am updating my review from 9 months ago, which was a 1 star. Looks like they fired most of the clowns that worked here pre-renovation. Service is much better, and they have not messed up my drinks like the old crew yet. ? Get rid of the loitering cancer possy, close the doors according to your posted times, n we can upgrade stars.

Workers are really slow and don’t care about Greg customers. They say my order is ready and in reality they haven’t even started to prepare the order. Would not recommend

This location has a new staff or something. Nobody is making my drinks right. I ordered on 3 separate occasions and I had to go back to get my drinks made over because they tasted awful or like straight milk. I usually go before work, so it sucks when you don’t have the drink you expected I don’t want to always have to turn around and have a drink made over. This will be the last time I support this location. They need to retrain the new staff.

Their system wasn’t efficient. We ordered something simple that took under 2 minutes to make but for some reason we were in the shop well after several orders after ours had been placed. I promise you I hate leaving bad reviews specially over wait times but buying a coffee shouldn’t be a full day event. Also, we weren’t even acknowledged at the registered when we walked in. I think I counted like 3 employees that walked right by us before someone came over to finally take our order. Idk, it’s just never been an easy task whenever visiting a Starbucks. Are they understaffed? :/ corporate needs to step in and assist if that’s the case. I can certainly empathize with the employees but at the same time…..I just want my coffee lol (shrugs shoulders)

Rude staff and they lock their doors over an hour earlier than the posted closed sign. Unprofessional and very inconvenient, will go to the one on greenwich Ave or Connecticut Ave in norwalk instead.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Stay away from this location. The supervisor, Jessie, will always give you an attitude if you ask to remake a drink. She is very condescending and will insist that you are wrong. Once, she insisted my drink was marked for drive thru that’s why it didn’t come to the handoff, after waiting for 30 minutes!. It was CLEARLY marked in store. I am a former Starbucks partner and would have NEVER treat my patrons the way I am continually treated at this location. I will instead drive to Riverside for better service and accuracy.

This place as drastically gone down hill & its a shame. Too many employees like to just converse with friends who come in and ignore the customers coming In to order. & they just give you a stare and continue to chat.

Worst Starbucks ever!you have a guy clueless calling people names, how do I ordered online at 9:20 am still not gotten a drink by 10 am but the lady walked in way got hers first. The whole store is chaotic, then you have a lady standing behind the register complaining about customers, hello everyone can hear you, rude as hell!!

The drive thru line was 13 cars long. I decided to get out in the rain and go inside. I proceeded to wait 20 mins for one beverage. I was better off waiting in the drive thru line since that was the priority.
